I have arrived at the wendy’s around 2 and decided to do a mobile order since i wanted to check the menu because i can’t see from far and wasn’t sure of what to order. After a while i placed my order around 2:30 and after a few minutes my order was shown as ready on the screen so I proceeded to go ahead and get my order, once i sat down to eat my food i noticed that they did not put in 4 boxes of chicken nuggets, one drink was incorrect, and i did not receive one drink, my mother went to the counter and told an employee worker about it and she gladly helped but once the manager came up it became a problem and when mother asked the manager for 4 straws she had only given her two. After a while I decided to order 4 frosty and waited for awhile and I kept looking at the screen and noticed something changed but my order number did not pop up on the screen so i waited for about 10 minutes and my mother decided to check on her bank acc on her phone to see if she had been charged already from the 4 frosty and she did so she went up to the counter and told them that she made another mobile order but have not see it pop up on the screen and we been waiting for a while now, when the manager comes up she said there is nothing she can do about it and my mother asked that if she could get the frosty because she showed her that she had been charged by it already and on my Wendy’s app it shows as an previous order meaning it did go through but the manager proceeded to say that she can’t do anything about it and if my mother wants her money back to go on the Wendy app because she was able to get her refund from the app or to just call her bank, however this is not the first time that same exact manager had done the same thing with my mother and not only that but every time I go with anyone else I never have any problem but if i go to Wendy’s with my mom the manager always has something to say which is starting to seem to me like some sort of discrimination against her and i feel very disrespected, and my mom being a mc Donald’s manager she said that as long as the client shows proof of the purchase they should be able to get there food...
Read moreI feel more than embarrassed to buy at a Wendy's restaurant. I don't understand how they can make a customer wait more than an hour for an order. I have already been waiting for an hour and they haven't sent me my order and they make the driver go somewhere. It's not really when the driver actually has in his app where he has to go I don't see It's unfair that I have to wait so long Look what time it is I'm ordering a meal for my kids and this is the time they haven't yet My kids haven't I couldn't have dinner for the reason that I don't have anything at home and I had the confidence to order at Wendy's to be able to give them dinner but well I see that it is a great irresponsibility. That's why I always go to McDonald's which has punctuality or Burger Kings which has punctuality but a lot thank you for your irresponsibility you should be more professional when serving customers or serving an application like Uber or doordash Thank you very much.
