this is best freddy’s restaurant i have been to by far! this restaurant is very clean in the lobby and bathrooms, it even looked like the back, from what i could see, was very clean. the other freddy’s restaurants i’ve been to, their food is either under or over cooked but here it is just right! i’ve gotten burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, custard, etc., and they are all great. the lobby has also been very well stocked and staffed as well! the staff are so nice and very helpful!! the dining room is very well organized and the tables stay wiped down. the custard and drive thru area are well organized and clean! the floors stay swept and if there are spots that need to be wiped up, the staff does it right away. the patio on warm days is very nice and clean, as well as the parking lot. even during a big rush the staff is very helpful and they do their best to keep up with the cleanliness of the place and the food is still good and you don’t have to wait very long for your food at all! the freddy’s app is also very helpful for ordering online and you get rewards for...

None Of The Seating Booths Were Clean!!We Asked For Cleaning Cloth To Clean Our Table,The Worker Insisted On Doing It Himself..Came To Do It,and Knocked Some Of My Drink In My Lap.Proclaimed It's His Job To Clean,Yet Never Proceeded To Clean The Other Tables.Several Employees Here,Including The Manager,Who Haste ned To Get Everyone Cleaning up Once She Saw My Camera.Began Bragging Of Working Here For 14 Months...But Only Two Couples Dining in Including myself and My Girlfriend,Yet They Are All Standing In The Back laughing And Talking.The Pictures I Leave Will Visually Explain My Description.If This Were The Management I Had Representing My Business,I'd Be Appalled At The Serious Lack Of Performance Being Produced!!! We haven't been inside the store but we've been to the Elizabethtown location five times now in the year and a half that they've been open. The first time was awesome everything was perfect and we had no complaints. The following visit we had hamburgers that were literally coated in salt. We called they said they would replace our meal. But when we returned by following visit they apparently had forgotten and I look like the type that was trying to pull a fast one on them. Whatever. So I ended up buying another meal from them after my initial complain of having been extremely too salty even for our dogs. That's saying something. We didn't return again for almost a year and when we went back this last time our food was fine. They didn't get a five-star review because not only what's the food crap two visits they were used to make it right even after I've done what was necessary on my end.
