Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Elizabethton

They consistently mess up subs which I find astonishing considering they have a total of eight ingredients to add. I asked for light peppers and the sandwich was so loaded it was disgusting and I ended up throwing it out. I'm submitting a picture showing how many peppers and mushrooms were in half of my sandwich this is from only 6 in of the sub. I called the next day talked to the manager let them know I was the last person to get a sub and he took my number and said he would call me back and never did which is a weird thing to say to a customer that you screwed up their sandwich for I'm going to call you back what is that even mean? My next step is contacting the district manager. Don't think you can charge $20 for a sub and screw it up all the time and get away with it. Edit apparently they took the feature of adding a picture away because I can't but I will certainly be showing it to the district manager cuz I'm tired of throwing my money...

Super fast and super friendly service! Yes, I did go early in the day on a Sunday but the restaurant was well stocked, very clean and plenty of staff on hand. My sub was made well, tasted great and was much more than you get at the "other" sub shops. Whoever made the sweet tea definitely knows how to make sweet tea right! Went there tonight the lady working older blonde lady very rude to say the least. Told her I am HIGHLY allergic to onions, at any other jersey Mike's they wipe off the grill to be able to make my sub. She tells me we can't guarantee no onions or residue on the grill nothing she can do. Just very rude overall. Don't know if we will come back to this location again.
