Worst experience ever. I don't normally give a 1 star I reserve that for the worst of the worst but this time it is warranted. My experience started after ordering on line. I wanted the suggested 20 minutes and made my way to the store to pick up the order. Once arriving it took about 5 minutes before someone greeted. Normally I'm ok with this I understand they get busy. But people walked right by several times without even asking if I had been helped . Finally I was greeted and the girl told me my order would be 2 more minutes and it would be ready..15 minutes later I still didn't have my order and peipeo who had ordered after me was coming and going. I finally asked someone where my pizza was and was told the pizza didn't cook all the way so they are having to remake it. Ok this would be fine and I would of been ok if they had just told.me that in the first place. To top it all off they just got a large order come in for 20 pizzas and my pizza was suddenly forgot. As I waited I watched the staff do third thing and was suddenly grossed out at the poor hygen. I observed the manager take money then go straight to preparing dough. The guy that was in chagrc of getting the dough flattened wiped his nose several times while doing this. The guy putting cheese on the pizza had long hair that was not up at all. Finally I got confirmation that my pizza was in the oven and should be 5 more mins. After 5 mins my order was called out and when I went to get it I was ignored and rushed. I arrive home to eat my pizza and upon eating my first slice I found a blond hair baked right into the cheese.... I am a man with short brown hair so I know it wasn't mine.. needless to say my appetite was ruined my and my money was wasted. In conclusion never NEVER! Go to this papa John's you better off with pizza hut or dare I say Domino's. I am never ordering from here...
Read moreFood was great, no issues there whatsoever, but the service was pretty poor. I understood and waited patiently as it was the first day of that big snow we had and they were the only pizza place open in town at the time. The cashier must have been new and was left on the register while the manager took her break, so I do not blame her at all. Waited a good 20 minutes in the store on one XL 1 topping pizza. Simple enough, but it never came up. Eventually I went to the counter and asked if it was ready yet. Sure enough it had been sitting there for a few minutes. The manager seen me standing there waiting and didn't even attempt to ask me if I had been helped yet. Got out to the car and opened the box and they forgot my cheese sauce, but was quickly given it when I asked for it. Overall was great, other than the manager throwing a new employee out to the wolves to answer phone calls and take care of people in the store when they were the only pizza place...
Read moreFirst off, the manager James Dance is very unprofessional, and doesn’t know how to handle things when an oder is messed up by his staff. We ordered 2 Papa Johns pizza bowls, and one was without Onions. We got home and noticed that there were onions in both bowls, so I called and spoke with the manager (James Dance) and explained to him that our oder was wrong. He pulled up the order and stated to me that the order showed a regular oder. I explain to him that we clearly stated to the worker at the counter, no onions. Mr Dance went on to put the blame on me instead of the person who took our order… His response to me was, “We can’t give away free food.” Really??? I wasn’t asking for free food. I was wanting him to resolve this, and get my oder correct. I earn a six figure salary per year income, and don’t need free food. My family and I will never give this Papa Johns establishment our business again. Mr Dance, if you’re gonna work with the public,...
