Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Elizabethton

I use to love this location, late night stop after a long day at work.. But for the past 2 months every visit something is missing, I pay for extra stuff and I get very little or none at all. Tonight was the kicker. I ordered the Carmel cheesecake blizzard on my order and my daughter got a number 3 meal on her order. First off when she handed me the blizzards were already melted some, but ok I get your busy, anyways, she ask use to pull forward to wait for my daughter's meal..while we wait 10 minutes more I have no cheesecake pieces in the blizzard only the Carmel chunks, yes I kept eating thinking maybe they were at the bottom, Nope, so when she brought the food out I told her..I have already ate it sitting here waiting on this food but just to let you know, there were no pieces of cheesecake, she apologized offered to make another one, I said no it's ok and she insisted, I said thank you, well waiting on Her some young man comes out saying I can't make you another one you have done ate that one and I made that myself I know it had cheesecake pieces. ok.. No it didn't and 2nd I never asked for to remake it she offered. I get home and my daughter tells me there are no fries in the bag.. Seriously a 20 minute wait on a 12 value meal and she didn't get her fries, I am assuming the little young man that put my cheesecake piece in the blizzard also put her fries in the bag...

new on.. anyways go on home..as I'm getting out the shower my daughter tells me they didn't even put her fries in the bag, after waiting almost 20 minutes and 12 dollars on a value mea and No...

First time at the DQ in Elizabethton, won't go back. I didn't know they closed at 11pm. Pulled up in at the drive thru, and sat there, menu board was still lit. No one responded. Finally drove around to the window, people saw me but ignored me. The manager finally opened the window and asked if he could help, I said yes, I want to place an order, which seemed to surprise him. I ordered the 1/4 lb grilled burger without onions and pickles, and for it to be made fresh, not just pixkthe onions and pickles off, he said everything is made fresh. I got the combo meal and asked for tea, he tells me how much, then leaves the window, comes back and tells me they close in 5 minutes and they had already dumped the tea and were cleaning. I should have said nevermind and just drove off, as it had been almost 10 minutes since I first pulled into the drive thru. But I didn't. For some reason, my "fresh made" burger had to be microwaved. Should have said no thanks and asked for a refund. I drove down to the McDonald's and got a sweet tea, and got back on the road. Only then did I open the burger and take a bite. Onion and pickles. It's a good thing I only dislike the flavor and am not allergic. Will...

Went to this dairy Queen today ordered bacon cheese single combo no ketchup. I have to tables weren't totally clean some look clean but that's about par for fast food restaurants anymore. Received my order The lady brought it out on a tray and set the wrapped burger on the table and the fries did not put the tray down with my food. I tasted the fries they were barely warm and soaked with oil. You should not be able to squeeze a french fry and oil drip out almost as if you were pouring it from a bottle. Unwrapped my burger it had all kinds of ketchup hence my receipt even showed no ketchup does anyone read orders anymore. Had to take it back to the counter they remade it which I had to wait again finally got it it was okay. My drink the soda was two carbonated they have the syrup cut way back I guess to save money. Will never return to this dairy Queen or a dairy Queen this franchisee owns.
