I came inside to place a somewhat large order, just to hear everybody get upset and talk about it loudly where I could hear everything and how they're just going to lock the lobby doors, and they were loud about the quantity of small patties they were "taking".. The lobby wasn't even full, wasn't long past 8pm. I thought I was being helpful by coming inside to place that somewhat large of an order instead of coming through the drive thru, but I suppose I was wrong. I also didn't even get all of the food I had ordered, but I was honestly too embarrassed after hearing the manager and people complain about my order to even check it before leaving. The order wasn't even over $50, so it wasn't even that large of an order considering the price of take out nowadays... it's a shame to deal with customer service like this and then to not even get all of the food you ordered, anyway. I should have just asked for a refund and told them to forget all of it. I did call back over the item missing, and they said I could come pick up that one item or they could take my name down, but I'm not driving 15 minutes to go back there for an order of fries. Read moreStopped by yesterday evening around 6:00 pm and ordered myself and my niece food. She got the crispy chicken sandwich and it was crispy alright. It was burnt to a crisp and even tasted burnt. I was headed to church so we decided to go to McDonald's! Very disappointed in Wendy's. This location has gone down hill bad. We were here a couple of weeks ago and decided to dine in. There were several customers doing dine in and the manager said I hope you have a debit card/credit card because we have no cash! Really?? What kind of business doesn't have cash??? Thankfully we had a card but what about the people who don't have a credit/debit card? ( Yes there are people who don't have a card) Better get your act together!! Also the same day a male employee was coming into work and he sneezed and coughed without covering his nose and mouth! Read moreI had to wait for my order to be taken. It was very unorganized and chaotic. Gigi took my order she was very nice but the only one working up front with a lobby full of people. They were very nice and apologized for the wait. My chicken sandwich was old after I had to wait 15 mins on my food. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the people were all really nice and polite and offered me a free ice cream. They made me very late for church. While I was waiting another customer that went through the drive thru came in and said that they left out all their drinks and ice cream. Also a customer in the lobby had been waiting a while on their food and the sandwiches were sitting on a ledge by the fry station for at least two mins while I was waiting for my order to be taken. This place is either understaffed or unorganized. I hope if I go back next time it...
