0 -STARS Worst experience ever! We ordered 35$ worth of food to get home and find the buns were so over microwaved and hard, the fries old and cold and the gravy complete water. We returned up there food in hand GAVE IT TO THEM and was told that they would replace the burger but not the chicken strip basket, after refusing to remake the order TWICE we asked for a refund at this point then was told they couldn't do a refund that they would just remake the order (we are about 35mins in) it took them 4 mins to freashly remake the order ( should have taken longer if it was freashly made) and when they handed it to us the gravy was still water so once more we told them we was not interested in having the food remade we would just like our money back and once again was refused a refund! That wasn't even including that we had asked to have the ice cream replaced at the start because it had melted dealing with all the hassle and was told they already turned the machines off it was MAYBE 915. They close at 10. They was rude, unprofessional, and the food was so awful. So now I'm out 35$ and we didn't even get ANY of our order replaced at the end of it. And we had given back the ice cream. I feel completely robbed and disrespected on all levels! I'll be calling upper management first thing in the AM. I highly recommend you take your money some place else. This was completely uncalled for and handled so poorly. The staff working on Wed. January 18 closing shift should feel ashamed of yourselves to treat customers in this manner and be reminded that without customers, there is NO buisness, no buisness means NO JOB , which ultimately means NO PAY CHECK!
P.S. the reason they had given that they "couldn't" refund us was because they was not allowed to refund anymore because they had already exceeded their refund limit....?! 😒.... I have never heard such BS in...
Read moreHealth hazard!!! I am a dasher and they brought out blizzards that were too full for the cups and had no lid. He asked if I wanted a lid and I said yes, I want it to be protected for the customer. Then he took a drink cup lid and started to smash the lid down on the blizzard with his hand, spilling ice cream all down the sides of the cup. I told him I can't take that, and asked if they have any blizzard lids. He said no, and I said you'll have to figure out some kind of packaging because I can't deliver it like that. He eventually figured something out but it's ridiculous that they would even try to handle an order that way. Also when I arrived and said I have a doordash pickup, he said "I will get to it when I can." When there was only one other person in the lobby. And they had come in after me and asked to speak to a manager about a reimbursement for a drive thru order being wrong. I told him please get to the doordash order quickly because it is an order that has already been paid for, and no one else is here. I waited 20 minutes for the blizzards to come out, and then he still had to package the food. And then he left the bag open and unsealed. This is not the only bad experience I've had here. Every single order in the last 2 months has been similar. I will not doordash for here anymore even though it will affect my rating, I will take the hit. This place should NOT...
Read moreI’m not the type of person to complain or leave bad reviews. Very displeased with this place lately. A couple weeks ago something was missing out of the order entirely, got my money back. Last week I asked for a flamethrower combo and was given a backyard bbq combo instead. I didn’t want to drive back out and ended up eating it and it was actually pretty good. Today I came in and asked for a single flamethrower combo, large sized, onion rings instead of fries and a caramel fudge cheesecake blizzard for the drink. I was asked to repeat my order twice. I pull to the window and they’ve got rap music blaring on the speaker. I got the wrong size blizzard and fries when I asked for onion rings. So I gave it back and asked for the correct order. I was then again given the wrong kind of blizzard. The lady asked for it back. Eventually I got the right food but the onion rings were cold and the sandwich was thrown together very carelessly.
