Doc's Pour House — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

Terrible experience, got told an ID was fake and was told to return an hour later to speak to a manager. We returned and were informed by the bouncer that if manager saw the ID, they would confiscate it and cut it up. Called Elizabethtown PD non-emergency number and had officers come to validate the ID and they said it was a Real ID. Bouncer was no where to be found when officers arrived on-scene. If I were to recommend, Bourbon Barrel Tavern (BBT) is a much better establishment with friendlier staff and much better atmosphere. All around 0/10 experience. Bouncer and staff both had very belittling attitude and terrible...

Staff was not friendly whatsoever. Was denied service because bouncer thought drivers license was a fake even thought it had the star and was a real id license. They don't even have bouncer at the door half the time so a 13 y/o could walk in and not get carded. ABC needs to investigate this place asap, clearly doesn't follow the law or KY ABC standards. Bouncer was rude as could be and thinks he is above everybody else. Not only that but live music isn't good as I could hear it from the sidewalk and everyone who left said there are better options on the square. Social on Main or HubHaus are so much better...

I turned 21 and came to this place as my first bar. Ever since I came I have felt more than just a customer, i felt more like family. Tina has become so close to me and is obviously working so hard to make this newer bar somewhere great for everyone. I recommend everyone try it out, everyone that works here is so nice and welcoming. On top of that they have karaoke on thursdays and live bands friday and saturday. Food in the back, a big patio, 2 pool tables, darts, just a good time...
