Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Elk City

DONT PULL AWAY FROM THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW UNTIL YOU GET & CHECK YOUR FOOD. ITS WITHER GOING TO BE WRONG OR MISSING SOMETHING!! Drive-thru is slow and the guy working the window DOES NOT LISTEN when taking orders. We ordered a double sour dough w/ a sprite and a big bacon chz burger w/ a coke. We asked for a side of zucchini fries and salt packets. We had to wait 25 minutes from the order speaker just to the window. When we paid, we asked for the salt and the guy, er kid working the window said he would put it in the bag BUT we needed to pull forward. ANOTHER 25 minutes, the people waiting has gotten their food, both 2 cars behind us has gotten their foos and then our food and drinks come out. The hands us the sodas and puts the food on our window seal of our cal and walks away. The sodas were two DIET COKES, the meals were MISSING 1fry, and zucchini fries, the sandwiches were both small...

Honestly not a great experience, my order was wrong and I was charged incorrectly, I then witnessed the manager Tammy yelling at her employe after she let her know about the error, she was very disrespectful towards her employe and it was very sad to see, she then proceeded to yell at me asking me what the problem was, after informing her she stated that she took the order correctly and it was my fault, I have never been treated so poorly before, and I am never the only to complain but seeing how she was treating her employe in front of the customer and than proceeding to yell at the customer was very unprofessional especially for a manager position. Bought a beef taco salad, thought it would be a light but filling lunch, perfect size based on the picture... well... It was brought to my table and wasn't nothing like I expected. It was much more! It was HUGE!! And had pico and sour cream and guacamole and onions... now I had no idea what I was getting but I love all this stuff so was shocked that I got all of this for under $5.00 (Not often as consumers we get more than we bargain for!)
