Wendy's — Restaurant in Elk City

We went to this particular Wendy's at about 10:15pm on a Sunday. I guess they were busy before we got there as the dining room was a little trashed. No biggie. The issue that I had was that I wanted to exchange my fresh lemonade because it didn't taste right. When I went to the counter I saw a bucket with a ladle in it and I assume that's where it came from. I stood at the counter for at least 4 minutes while the drive-thru girl and her manager were talking about shopping and buying things. They both made eye contact with me several times but just let me stand there. I sat back down as I didn't finish my meal and it was getting cold. After finishing my meal I went back up to the counter and waited about another 3 minutes. The cashier helped me out and I was able to swap the drink with a bottle of water. Poor customer service...

Great tasting food , I had the chili with cheese on top and a frosty. The cheese on the chilli didn’t want to melt . It seemed like it was closer to room temperature. I asked for a temperature check the manager took a temperature check, she said it was 180 degrees Fahrenheit. I explained that the chilli they served me was cold. She offered to heat it Back up. This isn’t how it works. Once food sits around at room temperature, it’s trash. Warming it back up only makes it warm. It doesn’t get rid of any nasty stuff that grew in it. Quality controllers, extremely important when it comes to food . My frosty wasn’t cold .I won’t eat here again as the manager...

Brand new Wendy's in town. I like to come to the new places since they have the cleanest drink machines out there. This place has a Coke Freestyle machine even though I didn't see that mentioned anywhere. Had I known, I wouldn't have ordered the awful sprite that I got initially which for some reason tasted like there was too much lemon and no lime. Got the chicken nuggets because how could you screw up chicken nuggets. Not that great. I think they were over done. Came back to try again. Same meal but with a good drink. Drink was great, nuggets still awful. Oh well. At least they moved through their drive thru line quickly unlike McDonalds down an...
