We ordered pizza and wings at 4.24 pm.After 40 min of waiting I received phone call from driver saying that he is in the area but he does't know where to go. I asked him where he was exactly and I gave him directions on where to go.He still didn't know where to go so I asked him to put my address in to gps so he could find my building.He started yelling at me that he did use the gps but he was some where else and that it was not his responsibility to find my place.My daughter was waiting outside for more than 10 min trying to find him but he was nowhere to be found. How lazy does someone have to be to not put in the whole address in the gps but only the name of the apartments complex. The driver's english was not the best but not very bad.After 20 min I checked the tracker and I saw that my order had been delivered.We checked once more outside but still no food. I called Domino's and asked to speak with store manager.Before even getting a chance to say one word the person started yelling at me that they have only 2 drivers ,that I have to be patient,and that I will receive my food in a few minutes. I asked him if the Domino's drivers have gps because the driver couldn't find us and he yelled at me that the driver doesn't know where he is .After that he hung up on me.I called again and they turned on the voice machine so there is no chance to speak with anyone. It is 8.33 pm and we are still waiting PATIENTLY for our food. I paid $5 for delivery and now I learned that the driver is not responsible for anything. Came inside house and opened up the pizza and the pizza was in a large disassembled pile in the middle of the box. The pizza was cold and looked like it fell out of the box and was picked up into pieces by hand.
Called to talk to a manager and the guy on the phone was super rude. He said well first what is the problem sir? I told him the issue and he said hold on and let me get a manager. He waited 2 seconds and then got back on the phone and I was talking to him again. This time he claimed he was the manager and I said no I am talking to the same person. He tried to play off as the manager and said we'll sir what do you want me to do? I said can you refund me and give me a credit and maybe a free pizza? He said he couldn't give me anything free and was kind of rude and said he would deliver another Pizza. He was about to hang up with me and I asked him do you even know my name or what I ordered? He took down my name and then said he would have the delivery driver deliver it.
Waited 2 hours more and it never showed up. As of now I have still not got refunded either. Calling corporate tomorrow. It looks like with all the other reviews and pictures, this is a common problem from this location. Both bad customer service and damaged...
Read moreOrdered delivery, and around the time it was supposed to be delivered, website tracking said it had been delivered, but it hadn't. 15 minutes later, I called the store to make sure it wasn't delivered somewhere else. They said it was busy and they were running late, and that the driver should be right there. 20 minutes after that, I still hadn't heard anything so went to call the store again - then received a call from the delivery lady who said she was there and told me to go outside to get it from her... I went to meet her and she did not say a word to me, she just opened up her delivered bag and held it out so I could grab my order, and then left. No apology or anything when the order was close to a half hour late (an hour total wait). I'm fine with an order taking long or even being delayed, I get it - but this should be communicated; the website should not say it's delivered when it hasn't been, and DEFINITELY at least the employee should apologize and be friendly to the customer, especially when I was being friendly and not rude despite the delay. After all that, I get inside and the top of pizza box had smashed into the pizza a bit and pizza was stuck to top of box. Food was not cold, but it wasn't hot.
