I dislike making reviews but this one is well deserved this isn’t my first time going to this Dunkin and I’ve been here a couple of times you can call this place a hit or miss they make mistakes so much it’s ridiculous but to get to the main point I always get a iced coffee with cold foam and today I went ordered it through the speaker phone and then I went to the front window and paid for it and then a young lady gives me my drink with no cold foam I don’t make it a big deal I just ask if she would be able to add it on cause they usually tend to forget the order here and so she says they don’t have cold foam and I gave her a questionable face because I’ve been going to Dunkin for the longest and I always get that so then I tell her that that’s what I get all the time and then she proceeds to tell me they don’t have any for that day I’m not upset at the fact they didn’t have any I was upset at the fact I ordered it and they could’ve told me before I even paid but no where in that time frame they said “oh by they way we have no cold foam would you still like it” instead paid for something I didn’t want so basically if you want a headache come to this location! Read moreSo I hate giving one star so I won't, but I have gone to this Dunkin for the last 5 years since it is a block from my employment, and never had any issues. Well I don't know if they changed staff or what, but I went in last Tuesday 07/20/21 around 8:20 a.m and got two large caramel iced lattes, and they were so bad. Like tasted straight up like milk, couldn't see the caramel on the bottom so I doubt they put it in, and couldn't taste any coffee. Went in again today, and same thing, tasted like straight up milk, no caramel. The guy that cashed me out SOOO NICE. He was wonderful. I think they need to retrain, or have quality control work because this is probably just an inexperienced person. I just wanted to bring attention to this, no hate, no anger. Read moreThere was a language barrier with a new employee in store which is fine but when I got my receipt the order was wrong. I told them and they made we wait 30 minutes and came back with the wrong bagel and two wraps missing. They said sorry drive thru is busy and prioritized. I saw 12 cars get their food before I was even approached bout my order. I asked for a refund since the bagel was wrong and the wraps were missing. Didn’t even want the order at this point and the last argued with me telling me not to waste food?
