They are not friendly, I asked for the same order, no cream for a year . Sugar only .She repeated it back to me "sugar only". when I pulled up she stated "I said yes to cream" and the employee began to lie. If you stae sugar only, how and I telling you yes to cream
so three employees are mad and go back and forth with me. The employee said said the manager is the only one that can work with you. Tge one opposite race from all them others. . all three women started arguing with me. unprofessional. as they flat out lied in my face. That I said yes to cream. when the worker clearly repeated back "sugar only"
They told lied again and told me they never had a deal on a croissant with coffee, although I just recieved one two weeks ago and previously at this location. So not only bad customer service but liars. (The very short thin lady. I believe she had a pouring in her nose.)
The proffesionalsm is very poor, all of them. The lady state I should go some where else, also stated she knew my order. so it's intentional??
So that means you know, but still doing my order wrong because based on your own perception of me and not a customer. Before I even pull up all them have angry faces on. The heavy set lady with the dark circles around her eyes told me , the supervisor is the only person who can get my order right was the I believe manager or supervisor with glasses. The one person that is not of the same race that works at this location..
That means your are familiar with my order, and when I point out the obvious all of the women get mad....instead of saying let me make another coffee. The staff become upset. All three of the rudest women. I asked for my money back. Because once I see you have a personal issues you can't be trusted with someone food or drinks.The heavy set lady with the dark circle under her eyes wanted to go back and forth to get the last word. Instead of being customer service, they try to team up and voice what they haven't been able too in months to me with a disgusting look on there face. Some act very racists. They attitude oh boy!!! ...stop taking your personal life to dunkin donuts. If you don't like working for dunkin donuts get another job.
If it was not for the the one man that work for this company, this place would go downheel. I believe the supervisor or manager, with glasses. The supervisor caught staff through the head set messing up my order twice months, and corrected him.look.me in my face and said I said "yes" to cream.

I'm not sure if the milk was bad or something was different about the way it was made but it did not taste good. We've never had a problem with this location before, so we went back through the drive thru and dealt with Michael, who also claims to be the owner. After explaining to him the drink did not taste good and that I just wanted it to be remade, Michael refused to remake the drink for me. He replied, "I don't want to remake the drink for you because what if you don't like it again, that would be a waste. I would rather refund you the money or give you a completely different drink." I don't drink coffee so I did not want anything else and just asked it to be remade but he rudely said, "I would rather just give you a refund." That was by far the worst customer experience I have had at any Dunkin' Donuts. Although this location is 2 minutes down the road, I would rather drive 10 minutes out of my way than dealing with this...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Dunkin' Donuts on Busses. The staff here, especially Kinjal, clearly doesn't know how to treat customers. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and seemed genuinely annoyed that I dared to order food like it was an inconvenience to them.
To make things worse, the manager Mike wasn't any better. You’d expect a manager to step up and handle things, but instead, he had the same arrogant attitude and dismissed my concerns like they were a joke. No apology, no professionalism, just bad manners and rolled eyes.
Food was handed over like they were doing me a favor, not a paying customer. No basic courtesy, no greeting, not even a thank you. Just cold, sloppy service and a side of attitude. Even they charge for the water, $1.50 ridiculous.
Save yourself the headache—go literally anywhere else. Dunkin' should be embarrassed to have people like this representing...
