Ordered a sectional couch. Delivery was very quick. Was surprised that it had to be completely assembled. Saw such high ratings that I thought I would be happy with the quality. Furniture felt like sitting on cardboard. There is no way this is high-quality furniture. I was so disappointed. I was afraid this furniture would never, ever hold up. I was thankful they took it back off my hands. Had to return it to a home, not a business. It had to be disassembled and put back in original packaging which I was grateful I kept. It was not easy to get it all back in the box. Furniture restocking fee was very high. They deducted $200. I was glad to still at least have some of my money back and not be stuck with this furniture if you wanna call it that. Felt very sad that I sold my deceased mother’s gold jewelry in order to afford to pay for this and $200 of it was just out the window. Furniture had to be returned within 48 hours which I did do. My own thoughts is this company is probably making lots of money on the returned furniture restocking fee. BEWARE! Do not buy things sight unseen! I have learned my lesson the hard way. Thankfully I was able to buy a previously owned sectional which was far more comfortable and far less money wirh money I still had remaining.I feel pretty confident in saying the owner does not have this furniture in their own home and would not want it themselves. Poor customer service! If I could give them a negative five stars I would!! I received my furniture and it didn't look anything like the picture showed online and in fact it looked like dollhouse furniture once they delivered it to my house not only that I had to open it up out the boxes and put together like I was putting together a bicycle I never seen any furniture that you had to put together with so many pieces let alone come in a box the seams was coming loose on my couch I took pictures and sent it to them immediately and the lady message me back making it seem like I did it or nothing is made with a defect at times she ain't that good at speaking English so I had to tell her Google the word defect I repeatedly asked her more than once during that conversation because she kept making it seem like it was something that I did in fact I posted the furniture I bought from them online the very next day for less than what I paid for it because I was so unhappy with it the lady claimed she will get with me and fix the situation she never did never call never show know anything I'm totally disappointed and I would never ever recommend them to nobody oh once you read this the owner of the shop you can update your fake profile reviews because nobody is giving good reviews on such poor Quality Furniture or Customer Service..... #give me my money back and come get this junk...

Cheap furniture that rips apart in less than 2 monhs of use. no kids in the house or pets .contacted seller did not own up to what she told us she would give us a different set now October since march no update you text her she doesnt respond very rude , do not buy this is cheap furniture better u shop from offer up for used quality furniture. please see couch after 6 month . how cheap his furniture is not even comfortable , feels like you siting on a brick .day of delivery she tried t o state she would not bring furniure up becuase she has no help but we paid a delivery fee.... i will be adding additional reviews to all this store social media sites buyer beware !!! please see video of...
