TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Elk Grove

Called in an order 3 sandwich was told busy so 20 min said no problem I’m across town picking up on the way home. I arrive waited a bit in the car to give more time went in I stood there for a bit nothing so I asked them if my phone order was ready look at me confused my ordered wasn’t starter yet they continue make sandwiches for new customer but I was waiting for mine so I payed and asked if they can bring it out said yes no problem. Waiting still waiting and waiting nothing so I go back in sandwich still not started so I asked for a manager so a gentleman came out and explain to him whats going on if your that busy you should help out your crew instead of staying in the back . They help at least 5-6 new customers with there sandwiches and I’m still waiting i said I was better off to come in a placed my order. I I was just told that there busy and I relied I get that you told me 20 min I gave you 45 min still no sandwiches and he replies were working on it . Then he decided to started to help I’m like toooooo late no customer . The worst part of all this I asked them please just make my Sandwiches correctly so get home all made wrong !...

I came in a few minutes before 8 pm on a Friday evening.. there were a good number of guests sitting as well as in line to order. I knew I was going to want 2 sandwiches and 2 ice cream orders, so I was expecting to wait a little while for help. This young man by the name of Sawyer came over from the ice cream to the sandwich side to take my order. He had great customer service! Was patient with me as well as grateful for my patience with the business of the establishment. He took care of me for both my Togo sandwiches and Baskin-Robbin ice cream orders! Such a great guy, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Again, his name is SAWYER, and he was a pleasure...

Went and bought a cheesesteak and turkey avacado. I open it while I eat and the steak tasted very very off. I’m not sure what’s wrong but it looked very dry too I couldn’t even finish half of it because of the taste.. I try to never give bad reviews but this was too much and not just that but I literally find chips or something inside my bag! I never ordered chips at all so how did they get in my sandwich wrap!?
