24 Hour Fitness — Local services in Elk Grove

I have 2 words for the place "pathetic" and a "joke" there is no other better way to explain it. The 24 hours cooperates offices are so damn scared because people are finding privately own gyms instead of commercial own gyms because of the bad attitudes of the sales people, policy and the nasty judgmental look-on-their-face staff. Its so hard to come to a gym without people being jealous because you have a nice body or people just want to control you like a damn puppet. Where do these stupid parent find these kids who are not raise correctly who don't proper etiquette and respect people as their customers. I have the answer do your job and let people be and do their like workout. I can see why these big gyms are going out of business cause gym staff are not letting their customer do their things without being judged all the time when they come to the gym. Maybe some of these gyms are on PMS....people just go to a private gym its more quieter and less judgmental. If you want a honest review Google is the place for that.

This is my favorite 24 hr location in the Sacramento area, which is ironic because it's probably the least fancy and smallest. However, the vibe here is totally chill, the employees are really friendly and welcoming, and while cleanliness has been a problem in the past they have really stepped up their cleaning efforts over the past 5 months and things are much better. As a result, it is probably the cleanest and most relaxed 24 hr location in the area, and I drive past many other locations every day just to come to this one.

This place also keeps the thermostat at a more reasonable temperature; other locations I've been to are usually 2-5 degrees too hot for a gym. This place keeps it much better, without it getting cold.

Can get crowded, especially with teenagers during the summer months, but that's not the location's fault and in fact the staff usually handle the surge well. Every gym has things that break down, but I feel like this location gets them repaired faster than other locations too.

All in all, as long as I'm in the area I plan on coming...

I am utterly appalled by the shocking lack of responsibility displayed by the 24 Hour Fitness Gym Staff in response to a distressing incident. A female gym goer had the courage to report being filmed and photographed without her consent by a male gym member, a clear violation of her privacy and safety. However, the way the staff brushed off this serious concern is nothing short of disgraceful. Instead of taking immediate action to address the violation and protect the rights of their female member, the manager's dismissive attitude and the lack of consequences for the male gym member shows a complete disregard for the well-being and security of their patrons, especially FEMALE PATRONS. The male member was let off so easily and resumed his workout in the same spot and continued looking at the female gym member inappropriately, making her extremely uncomfortable.This incident not only highlights the negligence of the gym management but also sends a terrifying message that inappropriate behavior will be ignored and tolerated.
