McDonalds — Restaurant in Elkhart

This is the worse McDonald's I've ever been too. Simply order of a Happy meal with yogurt and a chocolate shake, cheeseburger and large Dr pepper. Pull up to the window he hands me the Happy meal, cheeseburger, and Dr pepper and shuts the window. After sitting there a few seconds he comes back and trys to hands me two large pops. I say all we are waiting for is the chocolate shake. He replies oh well pull forward we will bring it out. Well can't pull up because the are already TWO People waiting, so we pull over to the parking area and wait... And wait... We see one of the cars leave. The other car had to go in and get their three cones. So after 15 minutes of waiting I went in and saw 3 employees, and one "manager". I start asking why everyone is standing around chatting if I'm waiting for my shake. He replied wanna shake. I had to explain what I was waiting for because as they said " we didn't know you were waiting"... What...? I'm a paying customer and been told to pull up and over and nobody knows??? So CRUZ who claimed to be head manager appeared and said what's going on? I said well all these employees are standing around and I'm out there waiting for 15 minutes. He was like well what do you want? I said the chocolate shake and handed him my receipt. He looked at it and went and made a vanilla shake. Came back went to handit to me .. I said that's not chocolate. He was rude, never APOLOGIZED...I asked for for corporates number and he started saying it vary quickly. I said I need a copy pen he said so do I tell corporate we need money for pens too. He said I it wasn't his job to please customers. The gentleman originally helping my was nice before...

I'm not sure bout EveryOne Else but there value has dropped significantly!! An there prices have gottn way higher ,I mean come on a value meal is 13sumpthn I can goto burgerking an get 4bigwhoppers to the price of their meal an they taste better ...... I'm not saying that McDonald's is gross everyones Entilded to their own opinion but come on their frys are double dipped in grease n taste lik it also ,😖 their shake machine is constantly broke ,I think its not broke half time I just think they dont wanna make them ,an when they do its like soo runny i ts lik i ordered water ,an their pop tastes lik,its came outa an old container!!! Newaz ..... So if you like HighPriced hamburgers,Greasey2dayolddipped fries an watery shakes if u can get one an containerold pop go to McDonald's around here. Ohh yes BTW, You'll be waiting in line ForEver , an when you get ur order check the bags!!!!! Cus ur probably missen something for sure .... An Because all of what in said I haven't been to McDonald's in agrip ,untill recently my hubby wanted breakfast burritos an those wer my favorites so much so I was mad that they make us buy our hotsauce an then whn u get home ur hotsauce ain't in the bag!!!!!! But iwas litterly asked to pull up n wait for 4burritos ,almost 30 minutes later right as I was bout to get outtta my vehicle an goin to ask them WTH was goingon they came out ....n all I wanted to do was go home...An of course they wer cold,n the ends wer hard ..my hubby was maaaad... Hence wer not going ther nomore ...SO BE AWARE OF ALL THE GREAT NEW THINGS HAPPINING AT UR LOCAL McDonald's ya'll!!!!!! Take...

Terrible loud obnoxious manager yelled for almost entire time my father and I ate breakfast thier. Rather then talking or taking the employees that made mistakes or what ever the Hispanic lady manager instead yelled at top her lungs for at least 20 minutes to half an hour literally at 4 employees near the registers so basically everyone In the store from front to where you sit to eat we could hear her yell. Tbh I almost got up asked her if she's that upset she might need check her blood pressure or take a xanax not going lie she was so loud even I could make out what she's yelling and I'm 90%hearing loss . It was definitely not family foods place I'd go again unless she got some training in restraint and how be polite in public. Was so embarrassing to see an adult 35-45 screaming at employees. I mean when did McDonald's hire that type unhinged managers. Kinda not pleasant to be around with yelling for ambiance. Food was edible but had spilt pepper on our try of pancakes and floors were sticky from trash cans . Wonder if that's health code violation or just lack of care cause again that's not norm for McDonald's usually. Unless thier slipping...
