Worst experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell, The First time, I ordered a Cheesy double beef burrito, Chicken quesadill, and large Nacho fries. Checked my order before leaving the parking lot glad I did because they had given me the wrong order. Got back in line waited for all the cars told the guy working the drive through at the time that I was given the wrong order came back to the window handed him the incorrect order and my receipt they said it would be corrected while at it I asked to add another Nacho fries to my order and still paid for it Sat there waiting for them to finish making my food the same guy gave me a Different bag said I was all good to go I didn’t think to check the bag cause I thought that they would double Check it after making a mistake the first time. Got home and checked the bag turns out that I was given the wrong order for a second time. I gave them a call asking to speak to a manager and the guy on the other line said he was the manager on duty I explained the situation and he told me that he’d make sure to fix my order and give me some coupons I told him I’d like a refund as this was now the second time my order to messed up he said thats completely possible I told him that I’d be there shortly ended the call. I got there waited In line again got to the window the manager was Working the window he had asked if I was the one with the messed up order I told him yes he said okay I just need your card to refund the money I handed it to him I received my money he Then walked away I sat there thinking that I was still getting my food he ends up coming back to the window asking how came I help you and I said I was waiting for my food he said oh you still wanted your food I shouldn‘t have given you that refund then and then said that he could ring it up I said no forget about it and left. I don’t Want to go a claim something that isn’t true but either your to stupid to make sure you correct your mistake this time or your on something.. and the manager telling me that he shouldn’t have given me a refund if I still wanted my food after 2 mistakes is completely unacceptable ive worked at a restaurant for years and always corrected our mistakes and gave a refund. Read moreI'm heading towards Taco Bell and there is a car that keeps going through the drive-thru like somebody isn't answering the person. I start to get worried that Taco Bell's closed because I walk 30 minutes for breakfast here so if that was the case then this would have been a wasted trip. I go into the library and there's absolutely nobody at all I even peek over the counter and I don't hear or see anybody in sight. I decide to start ordering at the kiosk and another gentleman comes in and is waiting at the counter I'm assuming is the person that was driving through the drive-thru multiple times. I get ready to process my order and I suddenly hear no hash browns, we have no hash browns. Then a female worker appears and says we have no hash browns and I'm not taking any orders. If you're not taking any orders then why are you open? Even the gentleman at the counter was upset and I do not blame him. This is very frustrating and I wasted a trip for nothing. Thank God Subway was open because they actually take their customer orders and give good service. I will not be coming to this Taco Bell ever again as far as I'm concerned it...
Read moreI ordered my food online. Went to pick it up, as well as the orders of 2 of my coworkers. As we walked in there were 2 people waiting on their order. My 1 coworkers order was done. Soon after 1 of the other people got their food. The drive though was moderately busy at this time. A while later my other coworkers food was done. Another person walked in and ordered via kiosk and almost immediately got their food. Finally they brought out the food for the other person that had been waiting. At this point I had told them numerous times I'm still waiting for my order. Around a half an hour plus after walking in I overheard a employee comment are they still waiting on an order, to which I called back and said yes I still need my order, to which the 1 person replies don't yell at us. Um sorry at this point my order is been in over an hour!!! This place and it's employees are a sad excuse of a fast restaurant. This is not the first time I've had exceptionally poor service at this store but it's definitely the last. From observing the crew the place seriously needs some better...
