I came in on break from work. I was the only person ordering. There were two people working, neither acknowledged me. When one finally said: "How much?" I answered "One sandwich.." The phone rang while he was making my sandwich. He asked his coworker who it was. The coworker told him it was his girlfriend and he had him bring him the phone to call her back. His coworker dialed and he talked to her briefly while I stood there. He asked me multiple times what I wanted. I repeated myself because he clearly was distracted. Then when I asked for marinara sauce, he was frustrated that I didn't want the dried out smashed meatballs at the bottom of the almost empty pan. He said it's gonna be 15 minutes to get marinara, it was two. Absolutely horrible service. I heard him complaining to his coworker when he went back to get the sauce. No have a nice day or eye contact when giving me my sandwich. He's likely irritated that someone else walked in and will keep him from calling his girlfriend back....

She slammed the sandwich on the counter behind her and made what I’d asked for but she was obviously angry the entire time. When she finished and gave it to the cashier, I told her I would pay for both sandwiches ( just in case I was the one that made the mistake. A worker that was working today when I showed up decided that she would have to call the manager and then the district of general manager in order to get three pitily sandwiches replace okay so she wasted 20 minutes of our time and everybody in line behind this time and probably cost the company money because I'm sure that customers left doing all that when she could have just took it and replace don't like our name was at the book it said to do so and made all sorts of customers happy and not gotten this bad review...
