Absolutely disgusted with our experience at the Burger King in Elkhorn, WI. We were sold food that was clearly overexpired, stale, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours — at the end of the night when they thought nobody would notice. No receipt was given, and the transaction was done outside of the register — highly suspicious. We called to complain and have already involved corporate, because this is not just bad service, it's theft.
The staff working that night is knowingly selling food from the waste bin that should have been thrown out, not served to customers. Worse, they’re keeping the cash, stealing not just from customers, but from the Burger King corporation itself. If your food tasted off or old, trust me — it wasn’t just bad luck, they’re scamming you.

Grilled Chicken sandwich had WAY too much sauce. Shift manager argued with my friend when he took it up to complain...he asked for a new sandwich, and shift manager told him that he should know what is on his sandwich before ordering it...then she turned her back on him walked into food prep area to ignore him. 2 minutes later, she is standing outside by the customer entrance and smoked a cigarette. Then had the audacity to snuff out her cigarette on the walkway hand rail!!!!. As we left...through that very door, there was her half smoked cigarette on the ground along with many other snuffed cigarettes. How do we know they are hers??? As we were driving away, she walked out that same door, and picked up one of the half cigarettes, lit and began smoking it! She wasnt 12 inches from the customer entrance!!! Read moreI placed my order inside and gave the girl the code on the app, then I told her that they can keep the coffee I was paying for. Then she removed the coffee on the order which in fact caused me to be charged even more. This idiot acting as a manager comes up and says we have to do that because of our inventory. He's a stocky guy in his 30's and needs to be fired because he has no clue how to run a business especially when the company's logo is "Have it you're way" I feel he was having the girl purposely overcharge me so later he could do a refund then re-ring up my order to pocket money. He made no attempt to keep me a customer happy so that right raises a red flag and who knows how many people he screws over while he's working. I go to Burger Kings all over and have never once experienced this kind of treatment. Needless to say I took my money and walked out.
Burger King please terminate this idiot because he's causing the company to lose money...
