Subway — Restaurant in Elkhorn

DO NOT GO HERE! I placed an order online and was charged twice. I told the manager about it when I picked up my order, but I was told that I would need to contact corporate due to the fact that the franchises don't handle the refunds. So I did that and was given a number to call. When I called, I was told the owner would have to call.... So I emailed back to the regional business consultant in our area. She forwarded that on to the owner and asked him to call and he said he would when he had time. It took him 2 weeks to get back to me!! And I was emailing asking about the status with no response from the owner.

Finally, I decided a month since the original issue was long enough, so I disputed the purchase on my credit card. After I did that, then the owner told me to call him to get my refund. So I did, and I explained to him that I already received my money back from my credit card company, but he told me to come in anyway to pick up my refund. He also seemed very inconvenienced that he had to provide me with a refund and told me that he was giving it to me so I wouldn't be mad... Um excuse me?? No, you should be giving it to me because I was charged twice and only received one of the purchases! I found it very rude. He then called back on the day I was supposed to stop by and said he saw I received it already and to not stop in, which is exactly what I told him when we talked originally. On top of it all, he never apologized or tried to make it up to me for charging me twice and not handling the refund until after I disputed it.

I will not be going back to this Subway again which is a shame because my work friends and I used to order from here quite often. But after this experience, I don't want anything to do with...

I got the Bella Mozza (toasted) added cucumbers, it was really good, boyfriend got the spicy Italian, he's always happy with that. Poor guy behind the counter, his computer/register was not working correctly, we're just about done eating & he's able to cash us out (also had the next guy's order on our bill) when he said $42 you would think he'd realize we only got 2 sandwiches, we had to tell him that was incorrect. Really good thing we weren't in a hurry, that would have been frustrating. Overall would eat there again, place was clean & guy was cleaning when...

I had the Home made Chicken Salad. They just put the rotisserie chicken in the microwave and put it on the wrap. Never mixed it to be chicken salad. I asked the owner if he was going to but he refused and said to just pick a dressing and that is the mix. He squirted some dressing on, put in 3 spinach leaves, 2 small tomato's (yes they have the smallest cut tomato's that I have ever seen), and added the rest.
