Oh man! Life savers!!

Shoutout to Ryan!! He really came through for me! I used the online process of ordering a pizza.. then after twenty minutes I showed up at my local Wilkesboro branch for my order only to find out I’d placed it for the store in Elkin, like a dork. Human error at its finest!

I called down there, Ryan answers, I spill the beans on my huge mess-up asking if they’d mind holding the pizzas in some magical warming thing I assume they all have…

Ryan says “Oh no! You’re pizza won’t be fresh!”, offered to simply cancel the pizza with them where I could place another online for my local spot. Something that didn’t even occur to me as an option; them taking a loss because of my clear and stupid error!

And with gas prices being what they are, I just feel like he’s providing service above the mark here! ...

Ordered a hand tossed works pizza and cheese bread around 30 dollars got home pizza was all dough was not cooked called to tell them about it talked to shift lead tells me to bring it back in I had served it to my family had two peices in box and my peice that was all dough I get another call saying he is not going to replace it because most of pizza was eattin well its 9:00 at night we had had long day who's not going to eat topping off top of pizza and throw the dough away they did end up making new one but it was not much better I asked them to put on thin crust didnt want to risk eating dough again very poor customer service and turn your oven up something is wrong on the remake cheese was not even...

My order always gets sent to Yadkinville , and I ve never eaten at much less call in an order from there. I pay with my credit card, and they have to refund that money. Then I have to be paid again, which messes with my checking balances, nothing for the agitation for their era they keep saying its the app that's not right. If I was nt a loyal custom I would never eat there again. Seems like someone there could not double charge me then if I. Do nt forget to check and see if they had returned the half I had already paid for again I wouldn't have gotten my pizza,and on top of that I ve lost two orders of $27.00 loins times 2 it...
