After waiting for about 20 minutes at the intercom ; I decided to pull up to the next window; waited another five minutes nobody at that window assumed that you had to pay at the third window ;there’s no sign ,and I already been waiting for 20 minutes ,and they had no other customers ,so I figured that it would be a quick and easy experience ;since, I just wanted coffee . Got to the third window, and A very rude employee with blond hair and very mouthy and loudmouth said that I would have to pull all the way around McDonald’s ;they don’t have any other customers ,and there was like five of them standing there talking to each other but nobody in the back and then she want to be rude and make me pull around . I ask them nicely again and said well “I just wanted a coffee nothing else “oh but still you have to pull all the way around the building, and ( a dangerous parking lot for a McDonald’s )there’s a lot of accidents from what I understand in this particular McDonald’s ,and this girl gave me the worst attitude I’ve ever had in my life from any McDonald’s .Needless to say I, I kept driving I didn’t go back through to get my coffee ,so they lost my money and probably a lot of other peoples money through really bad attitudes for business and I’ve been conditioned to hate the Elkins McDonald’s .If I would have went back through, I would’ve probably threw the coffee at her ,so I thought best to get out of here. Read moreI recently made a stop to McDonald's, where I purchased two McDoubles, a 2 for $5 (a 10 piece chicken nugget with ranch and barbecue sauce and a Filet-o-Fish), a large Dr. Pepper with no ice, and a Sweet Tea. When I got home, I realized that my nuggets were missing. I returned to the store later to let them know. A large man in the back told me that he was sure that he put the nuggets in the bag because he remembered putting the sauces in the bag. I assumed him that, even though the bag contained the sauces I asked for, there were no nuggets. He insinuated that I was a liar. When I asked the other worker if I could talk to a manager, she told me that he was the manager. I have never been this disrespected by a manager in my life. I will be letting McDonald's know my story through Facebook, Twitter, and any other means until I feel as though this issue...

Most incompetent overnight crew I have ever dealt with. Told me for 10 minutes that my mobile order wasn't on there system and they had no advice on what I should do with that info. Then magically the 4th time I asked they found the mobile order. For some reason, even though I never once said or implied I was a doordasher they put my McDonalds app code into a door dash system and then proceeded to tell me to drive away and talk down to me instead of actually trying to figure out what was actually wrong. After 10 minutes of this (and 5 minutes sitting in my car at the drive thru speaker with no one asking for my order.... I eventually just drove to the window) I was rightfully upset.
