Burger King — Restaurant in Elko

This might be a long review, but bottom line is extremely poor customer service. Long wait then the food is not what was ordered. Stopped and walked into the business because my trailer would not fit through the tight drive thru. I ordered a specialty burger (I forget the name now) and the young lady did not know how to punch it into the register. The burger was on the sign above. She tried a couple times then stopped and stood staring at the three people working the drive thru. Another you lady came over to the register after about five minutes and tried to help but she could not ring it up either. After another five minutes a male came to the register and was trying to help them. At this point I said ok just forget that burger and give me a #1 I don’t have time to wait anymore. I have a four-hour drive ahead of me and just want to get going. So, the male (guess maybe the manger?) says “SIR WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO ANYONE”! I was shocked and said” listen I just want a #1 and to get on the road, that’s it”. During this same time my transaction was going through the card reader, and he again said he could refuse service. Then the receipt came out of the machine, and I said not now it’s paid for. He gave me a look like he wanted to come across the counter but thought better of it. While I was waiting for my order to be prepared the guy behind me had to repeat his order to them three times. When he was done, he came to and said can you believe this place. I said no and that I felt bad for the young ladies who had tried to help because everyone had to learn on the job, so it is not their fault. But unfortunately, the customer service that the guy is teaching is awful. Especially when his go to line is the service refusal one. One week later my was traveling out of Elko and had a very similar experience in the drive thru. I had told her about what happened to me, so she wanted to see if it was as bad as I had said. Guess what it was! But that is for another review. Management and Owners do not care about you here I would strongly suggest another place, it’s the only way they will get...

Who doesn't like Burger King for heaven's sakes man I love their Whoppers they're so good tasty and the chicken McNuggets he got a really good boy what a place I can't wait to get back to Burger King and get another Whopper and another bunch of chicken McNuggets and the chicken salad and then a humongous large milkshake I love strawberry milkshakes and I love that chocolate and I love to have vanilla and I love everything is good and tasty and makes my heart skip a beat I just wish they had a good-looking woman who can love me and cherish me and give me babies that I can give rides on my back with I wished I had some children of my own so that I can build a home and fill it with love kindness decency and adoration for those beautiful women that give me my babies all you females out there who are still virgins you can come to me as long as you've never Smoke Drink use drugs or even use prescription drugs and if you love God half as much as I do then you're worth coming and being my beautiful...

The absolute rudest manager, doesn't try to help and blames the customer rather than fixing the staff. I have been to this store once a week for 3&1/2 years straight and since the new manager has been hired, I have not once gotten the correct meal. Either it's incorrect or cold. I normally don't say much and just post here.

HR and upper management should really watch the videos of this store. This is a true HR nightmare. Today was the last straw, I watch this manager yell at a older customer, I just turned around and walked out and will not be back.

If any person cannot communicate clearly without screaming then maybe that person picked the wrong career. This is a small down but there are other restaurants to go to. After watching this manager scream at a customer, this ruined my meal this was very upsetting.
