Easy Thai Cafe — Restaurant in Elko

We went to the counter and I paid for the food before we received it. We ordered 2 Pad Thai. When I received them they had ice cold tofu bland noodles I had no peanut sauce. My partner was really hungry he ate his but I returned mine and they refused to give me a refund. The cashier was very rude and said they did not know how to make a refund. She took back the food and disappeared into the kitchen and did not come out until someone showed up front to order something. After being completely ignored and refused to give any sort of refund I called my bank and filed a claim. I was about to call the police since I felt like I was being totally robbed. Mind you two pad Thai's with ice cold tofu served in a styrofoam container in an order of spring rolls came to $50 which she did not even charge us properly and refused to refund that money too. Do not eat here despite the reviews. Itwas the worst...

Ok, first of all, the food flavor was exceptionally good, but the glass noodles for the Pad Thai were overcooked and mushy.

As for service and atmosphere, the lady serving me seemed more interested in talking on her cell phone, with it on speaker so that the whole restaurant could hear both ends of the conversation.

That same lady, and the cooks were in the kitchen being so loud talking and coughing, it was really not enjoyable.

When I went to pay the bill, a man from the kitchen came and was so very friendly. But then it took the server a long time to come and cash me out after he went to get her.

Maybe it was an off day? I might...

Did an online order. Arrived 15 minutes after placing my order and still had to wait another 40 with one other person in the business. Did not tell us they were out of something until the end then would not refund what they were out of. Instead given a free pot sticker note on a receipt. But that is what was paid for so not free. The thai was watery, with 3 bite size pieces of chicken in it. 2 bite size pieces of potato and onion skin (the part you peel off and throw away). They were good when they first opened, not sure what happened. Will not be going back, was not...
