Staff caught many times embezzling money.. Stealing tips.. taking free pizzas and cookies. Current manager seems to be on crack.. red eyes that are too blood shot to be stoned.. Managers were not trained and did not know how to train new employees after a mass quit by previous employees where the manager at the time had hired their friends and productivity had dropped so low that reputation caused customers to either not recieve orders or attempt to commit fraud for 70$ plus orders.
When attempted to handle the requests of quite livid customers, managers would automatically refund them instead of attempt to make the order right..
If pizza hut would drop the delivery nonsense and bring back the pizza deli customers would very much appreciate this. I ran the cash register and phone system for a week. I had 1/3 of my customers scamming, another 1/3 legitimately slighted.. and my last 1/3 asking to come in to sit in the booth. The last 3rd most often from out of town and elderly. My point being that pizza hut is chasing off customers and allowing toxicity in the work place. When attempted to follow chain of command and find a solution, command shirked this and shoved it off as not their problem.
Employees who were worth it and doing well quit not too long ago and have been talking around town. I am posting this as that talk reached me. Many of those homies want the pizza deli to come back and would come in for lunch quite often. The church going populace would also like to come in on sundays after church. If you see where I am going with this..
I could fix this. However there is a large contingent insistant upon keeping the mvp employees out of jobs. I wouldnt be surprised if my customers were being food poisoned by our dish washer at the time who ruined many pizzas by not fully sanitizing dishes and leaving crust on them; this lead to many pizzas coming out damaged or under cooked. Leading to more customer complaints on top of the previously mentioned.
I wish I could rate 1/1000 of one star.. About what this restaurant deserves.. and as I imagine.. the owner of this particular franchise or the building itself is Darion.. the same man if I am correct ran the JJ's BBQ into the ground for tax purposes.

In an hour and fifteen minutes I received an order, NOT through contact less delivery as requested and it was the completely wrong order. I got and the said they'd remake my order and have it out to me within 20-25 minutes. Thirty minutes later the delivery person comes WITHOUT my order to take back the previously delivered wrong items per his managers instructions. Another 25 minutes later I finally receive my order. Why was it so important to grab the wrong order? I know they aren't giving it to the person who actually ordered it at this point. We hadn't eaten it and had no problem returning it, but why couldn't they bring my order at the same time?! Terrible customer service. I don't need anything for free, but after all this, not even to offer anything for the wait and 3 face to face interactions with the delivery person after requesting contact less...
Read moreOrdered a large 3 tipping, cheese bread, 2 marinara sauce and 4 drinks. I got the 4 drinks, besides that the order was wrong. I was given bread sticks, a 2 topping pizza completely different then ordered. But the receipt received with the delivery did have my correct order on it. I called the store and was directed to a supervisor. Waited ten minutes without any answer. Called back and was directed to call corporate because the phone number was to someone who wasn't at the pizza hut. Not sure why a phone number would be provided to call a third party instead of the store. Called corporate and was talking to a person immediately. They were able to resolve the issue for me. This has to be the worst Pizza Hut I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. I wish I would have checked the reviews first, I could have saved an hour of my life.
