Arctic Circle — Restaurant in Elko

Milkshakes, Hamburgers & More....but they can't do hamburgers. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I was so excited to find out Elko had an Arctic Circle. Decided we'd try it and see if it was a good as I remember it being. We ordered burgers and paid at the window, 10 minutes later we were told it was going to be a little bit then 5 minutes later told they couldn't get the grill to work and asked if he wanted something friend. We didn't really, but we had already paid so we ordered chicken fingers and a chicken sandwich. The girl then had us pay an additional $3. I mean, fine but it wasn't us changing the order it was because they couldn't provide what we had already paid for. It took almost 10 more minutes to get our food. We went home to eat and then wished we would have just went somewhere else. The chicken fingers weren't great and the chicken sandwich was a worse version of the McChicken from McDonald's. The fries were probably the highlight and even those were just okay. I probably will just go to McDonald's or Wendy's if I want...

Went through the drive through for ice cream and a couple other things ( a corn dog, cheese curds, and tator tots) paid. Got my change. Ice cream and bag of food. I didnt check my bag which is my own fault, got home and didnt get the corn dog. Looked for a receipt, thinking maybe I made a mistake and they didnt hear me so it makes sense they didnt add it. I realized I got change and no receipt. I tried to call and ask them but their phone number is no longer in service. Also the gas station attached to arctic circles phone just has a busy signal. So I'm just at a loss less than drive over there...just a warning to double check your order and know that if you leave your only choice is to drive back if...

Food was awful. There was more grease from our cheeseburger than there was in the 1 tiny fry sauce cup they provided. I paid $10+ for 2 chicken strips and 8 French fries! I might be small but I was extremely hungry and disappointed. As my person was trying to convince me not to "make a scene" he held his dripping burger over its container as it was pooling. NOT A BRAND STAMP PLACE ! I fel like article circle should look into defamation of their name... unless article circle Condoms the side dish of Greece and lack of substance.I don't know it...
