UPDATE** Well well well....dont know what happened but what a turn around!! Maria was our phenomenal server. Friendly and professional. Pre-bussed her tables and got them turned over quickly. All around a wonderful server!! We settled in for a long wait but there was no wait at all...food after food was coming to the table perfectly timed. Whatever has happened or changed....Bravo and well done! We will be coming back again!! Wow...not in a good way. First we walked in to a cramped entry bc people werent being greeted or seated. Should have left then but i understand the buisness and thought no big deal...it happens. Someone took us to a bar table where we sat for about 15 minutes no greeting and about 5 servers saw us. We finally got the attention of someone going into the kitchen and they said hang on!!!! Wow!!!! Bartender came over got our app and drink orders and left. Looking around several things caught my eye. There looked like there were four bartenders but only 2 of them were actually working. A lady with green hair who i didnt get her name was running food and drinks and trying to clean off tables the best she could. The bar sitting area was TRASHED. almost every table was dirty and i couldnt help but notice workers just standing around...not doing anything. Food ALL OVER the floors!!! I Look over to the whiskey room and the manager is sitting at a table la dee da-ing and making sure a servers pigtails were cute. WHAT?!!? Is that your job. And then when she was done with the pigtails she proceeds to skip and yell all the way into the kitchen. REAL professional. There was a server or hostess just walking around with her arms crossed. Thats it. Thats all she did!!! Got our food and werent checked on again. Husbands burger was good...daughters chicken fingers were over cooked and my BLT wrap had ONE chicken finger in it. I know this because i had open it and re wrap it because the HUGE amount of salad that was in it kept falling out. I didnt have a wrap i had a side salad in a wrap and it cost 14 bucks!! I then had to walk up to the bar and get our check and togo boxes bc again the servers just dont know what they are doing. 65 dollars+tip and we left upset and still hungry. This place use to be hit or miss and now it is just a MISS. AWFUL SERVERS....ok food...WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! Worst place to eat in...
Read moreWe ate there yesterday for lunch. The service is always slow, but it had been awhile since we’d last eaten at this location and decided to give it another shot. We waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken, and it took another 40 minutes for our food to come out. My family got burgers and fries ($17-$19 per plate! Crazy!) that looked decent and my mom got a half salad ($15!). I chose the sticky finger rice bowl. My meal was TINY. It was also $15! I honestly think I only received about $5 worth of food. I was told that I would be brought a bit more rice because even the waitress said it looked skimpy. My rice never showed up. The service was terrible. It’s always like there aren’t enough people working there. It was no exception yesterday and it was worse than it’s ever been. Two other separate customers were also arguing with the staff about meals not received and being overcharged. At one point the gal seating people tried to clean dirty plates off a table by us and dropped everything. No one ever came back to sweep up the mess and we watched people walk around it for the majority of the time we were there. Once we were done eating we sat there waiting for a waitress to bring the check for 15 minutes. It was over $100 bucks for 3 just okay meals, a salad, my pathetic meal, 2 sodas, and three iced teas. It wasn’t busy in there after we ordered since we showed up for a late lunch. On the way out the door the gal that was acting as host (and also made that huge mess on the floor) was just standing there looking at her phone instead of grabbing a broom and helping. That was probably the worst dining experience I’ve ever had and I’m not usually one to complain. I know the prices come from corporate, but the food wasn’t worth anywhere near what we paid. The rest of the problem just has everything to do with that location and the people they have hired. Nobody in our party was rude to the staff in any way, we were trying to be understanding, but by the end we were...
Read moreWe had been driving for a long time, so we decided to stop and have some lunch. Walked in, and were immediately asked if we had a reservation.... at 1:30pm on a Sunday afternoon......? We responded, “no... we’re we supposed to?” Looked around to see a calm, unpacked restaurant. The waitress seemed sort of frazzled, like they were dealing with a madhouse, when really it was pretty quiet. Seated us in about 5 mins. We were asked our drink order, but we had had enough time to decide what we wanted to drink in the time we were sat until our waitress introduced herself, so we asked to order all at once. She didn’t bring our drinks until our order was almost done.. never came back to ask us for refills, so everyone ran out and stayed dry until the end of the meal.. my boyfriend asked for sautéed onions and paid extra for them on his burger, only to be met with cold red onion slices on the side. No condiments offered or put on the burger, so it was dry. When the waitress asked how he wanted it cooked, she spouted out “pink or no pink” quickly, and randomly in the middle of us ordering, throwing both of us off. The waitress would walk right passed us, only came back again to assume we were done eating and toss our bill into the middle of the table, but we weren’t done. They also allowed customers to enter without wearing masks or following COVID protocol, and didn’t speak up about it or ask them to get a mask before they could be seated, which was frustrating for the rest of us who actually care that there is a pandemic going on. The panic the waitresses seemed to be in was unwarranted considering there was hardly anyone in there, and there should’ve been way better service. The food was mediocre and could’ve gotten that quality at any other run of...
