Well, for starters, those were average, we ordered the shrimp basket and a special cheese curds with a parmesan dipping sauce, tasty but average. Then we ordered chicken Alfredo and spinach riccatta ravioli. Which was delivered to our table about 30 minutes after we ordered, then my friend who ordered the spinach riccata ravioli was given a lobster shrimp ravioli which was first of all not what she ordered, nor does she eat seafood, so her mouth got a big surprise when she took a bite. The server remarked that she made that mistake and took another 25 minutes to correct this error while others were having they're food delivered. This is not a fine dinning experience. The decor was out dated and the bowls in which the food was being served in was chipped. And even while the server admitted her mistake, it was the attitude and ignorance we received following this correction. Terrible, will not return, ever. My friend clearly did not want any type of ravioli and just wanted what I had ordered, and by the time it was sloppily delivered, with the server still having an attitude, which btw took an additional 25 minutes to receive the meal, by then I had already finished mine and she had gotten hers to go at this point. Also my friend had asked for bread, seeing as she had waited nearly an hour to receive food and it was met with more attitude. When we finally got our checks, and she asked me if I wanted to keep my receipt and I said no she then tossed it back on the table. Either way, I think that server needs to question if this job is the rt fit for her, based on my observations she either just started or really hates her job. This is bad for business. Both my friend and I tipped, but that was really hard to do under the circumstances. I do not recommend eating here at all, epecially if...

Wow! This is about some of the best Italian food I've had anywhere and can't believe it can be found in a town like Elko. Seriously, my wife and I typically have Basque or dine at some of the other popular establishments in town whenever we're passing through the area but on our most recent visit, we decided to change things up and boy am I ever glad we did. My wife had the Pappardelle Chicken With Garlic and me their Alfredo with Chicken and both were served in very large bowls and filled to the point where we couldn't finish our meals and believe me, we tried - they were that good. We also ordered up their cream brulee for desert and it was not only prepared well, it was super tasty too. And, if you're anything like us and enjoy dining at a bar, they have a very nice one and have a good selection of bourbons including one of our favorites, Frey Ranch. Of course, if you're a true Northern Nevada and enjoy a good picon punch, they can even make you one of them as well. Service here is very friendly and the overall feel of the place is warm and inviting. Parking can be found in a small parking lot adjacent to the building and more can be found along the street. Even though we came on a Monday evening, we found it to still be quite busy or at least, up until about 8pm. Just something to take into consideration. That said, I would highly recommend dining at this...

Another fantastic place to eat!!!! We drove through town and decided to try this one out. Boy, are we glad we did! The service was spot on; the wine was great with our meals. The meal started with the tomato, avocado caprese. Never had one with an avocado before. The fresh mozzarella, basil, tomatoes, and avocado were fantastic with the the olive oil and balsamic vinegar drizzle. The fresh bread was nice and warm with a soft, airy interior and crunchy outside. Dipping it in the oil and basalmic vinegar really started us off great! Next was a small ceasar salad, and the dressing wasn't overdone, and was the perfect amount. The beef medallions, mashed potatoes, caramelized onions, and broccolini, really brought us to our comfort food happiness! They accommodated us with the chicken Alfredo, by letting me substitute the pasta for broccolini. The flavors of that sauce was so good, that we are still licking our teeth for the delicious garlic parmesean flavors! Finished the meal by sharing a chocolate lava cake. A warm and delightful, gluten free treat at the end of a great meal. (So thankful that we got boxes of our meals to save room for this!) I don't normally share this sort of detail, but this place was fantastic!!! I cannot imagine anybody leaving here disappointed. Visit Luciano's and enjoy a...

It's been a year, I was thinking about this spot all morning. Came in and ordered the pasta bowl again, angel hair pasta with shrimp and selected the alfredo sauce. Very disappointed, the flavor wad still good but there was SOOOOO much sauce it was like a soup. I tried to scoop some out with the spoon provided but the pasta was coming with it because it's so fine. I ate some but couldn't get past the mouth full of sauce mixed with a little pasta. Bleh. Sad day. First time here after seeing it on Google. I loved it. Italian is one of my faves. This didn't disappoint. I was in the mood for pasta and salad, so I got a caesar then had to try the soup (chicken caprese). The soup was delicious, the bread was warm & the salad was good. I ordered the pasta bowl: shrimp alfredo with angel hair pasta. There were only 3 shrimp but they were enough, I barely finished them. The sauce was super rich but yummy. Next time I shall order fettuccini. I will come back for sure!

I will be honest this would probably be a 5 star review if I haven't been to Rome. Comparing American Italian food to actual Italian food isn't fair to the American restaurants. Not what I was expecting for Elko NV. The portions were huge. If you left hungry, it's your own fault. We started either the Fried Ravioli nachos. They were amazing. I had the chicken sausage carbonara. Overall, very good dish. A little under seasoned. Roman food has much more salt from the ingredients used. My wife agreed, and her pappardelle with chicken and garlic was missing the same Italian seasoning. That being said, my son and daughter in law had the Filet Medallions and Lamb Shank and were very satisfied. For desert, we shared the chocolate mouse and the Berry Cheese cake. They were amazing.
