NOT AS GOOD AS I THOUGHT!
I kept seeing the 2-for-$5 commercials and was craving pizza, but there is no Pizza Hut near me, so I picked the highest rated location close to me (16 miles each way, with an almost 4 out of rating - the other 3 locations within 20 miles had ratings closer to 2 out of 5), and drove there to get dinner.
When I walked in, even though there were many employees in the kitchen, it took almost 5 minutes before I could get someone to wait on me. And when they did, they kept asking what I was picking up, before I had even ordered. When I finally got to order, I ordered a medium 1-topping pizza, with an additional topping (ham & mushrooms, which cost almost $2 per added topping), and boneless wings, which came to $12.41, not the $10 I had expected. I paid with a credit card and gave them a small tip on the receipt, rounding the total up to $14.00.
While the order was being prepared, I drove 4 blocks away to a 7-11 to get a soda. When I got back, once again, although numerous employees acknowledged that I was at the counter, it took at least 3 or 4 minutes before someone actually came to the counter. When the person making the pizzas came to the counter, she knew who I was because she picked-up my order on the way to the counter.
When I got home (it took 20 or so minutes to drive the 16 miles), the food was barely lukewarm, aaand... it was rather bland, and mediocre. The boneless wings were not bad - they were actually a good size - but I had ordered spicy garlic, and they weren't spicy at all. The pizza was really bland, with a too-sweet sauce, and no flavor in the crust.
On top of all that, when I looked at my credit-card bill, they charged me $14.41 (adding $2 instead of rounding up) instead of the $14.00 I had put on the receipt.

Read moreWell we ordered to big dinner boxes and picked them up. They were each 1 peperoni pizza, 1 bacon and pineapple pizza, boneless honey bbq wings and breadsticks. These were to be dropped of to my daughter at work and her boyfriend at his job. I picked them up and drop them off. Both called me as there orders were wrong. I ordered them as 1 of each pizza per box. They were boxed with the same pizza in each box (1 with 2 peperoni and 1 with 2 pineapple and bacon). I told my daughter to call the restaurant and explain. I do not know the conversation, but simply my daughter was told that they got what was ordered. 2 of each pizza and there was nothing more they could do about it. Yes, the quantity of each was right, but the boxing was wrong. This cause 4 people to not have dinner that night (2 at each job site as). The boxes were ordered to cover dinner for 5 people at each site. 4 wanting pizza and 1 wanting wings at each site. The response from the restaurant was nothing short of ridiculous. You can view the order and clearly see how the order was placed. Then to have no solution other than "Oh well, you got what you ordered." I will attempt to call the restaurant again this morning. I have already disputed the charge with my bank. I have been in management for 30 years, customer service is a lost art and this was a very poor showing. My responsibility as a customer is to order the product. Yours is to provide the product as it was ordered. It may seemed like a little "mistake" on the restaurants part, but again 4 people working a 12 hour shift ate cupcakes and chips out a vending machine. Not a good...
Read moreToday is 10/10/22 it’s 7:12 P.M I came into this Pizza Hut and ordered buffalo wings I asked the young lady for extra hot sauce and I asked to fry my wings hard, very nasty she said I have to charge you more for extra sauce I told her I never pay more for extra I didn’t say a bowl of sauce I said just a lil extra anyway she gave me a hard time, and she seem to be very racist, I will never come here again, I’m a attorney and I believe in giving a person the benefit of the doubt, this young lady was very ignorant and nasty, she started slamming around pans, apparently she reached out to the manger because I asked for my money back, she was told to just give me extra sauce, she seemed to be agitated by that, please do not patronize this particular Pizza Hut , Customer Service sucks!!!! She even had the guy that was making my wings have a attitude, unbelievable I wonder how far will she get with a attitude like that Sad!!!!!!!!! I been to several Pizza Hut and was never up-charged for asking for a lil more sauce, I even came here several times and was never up-charged unbelievable!!! So I been here waiting for wings for 35 minutes no complimentary nothing just attitude never again…. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate, it’s folks out her would love to take her job if she don’t want it… Go to the Pizza Hut in Bear You will get better customer...
