They turned their honest mistake into a deliberate act of vindictiveness and spite.
When I received my order (Double Bacon Cheeseburger with extra pickles and onions added) the kitchen had forgotten to add onions. Yes, I even took the sandwich apart to make sure before bringing it back- there were 0 onions on my burger).
I went back through the line and asked them to fix it. Because the order I received was wrong, I had no problem giving them the incorrect order back to throw out while a new one was made. Mistakes happen so I wasn’t upset until what happened next…
While I waited for my order to be remade I listened as several members of the kitchen staff trash talked about me. For some reason they focused on the number of pickles instead of the fact they had forgotten the onions. No customer should have to hear kitchen staff get angry about a customer wanting exactly what they ordered!
Finally, one angry staff member- apparently a different one than had made my order the first time- said he’d be the one to remake the burger. (Am I supposed to trust angry and unprofessional staff to not tamper with my food after they got pissed I asked to receive exactly what I ordered?)
The replacement burger had everything I ordered… And in retaliation for my complaint they added as many pickles as they could stuff on the burger. There were more than a dozen!
Obviously I wasn’t trying to get free food; I returned the incorrect order so they could confirm their error before making a replacement. So why was I treated so poorly for politely requesting to receive what I had ordered?
And why did staff think it was okay to behave so inappropriately while representing the brand and within earshot of customers?
That behavior doesn’t make BK staff trustworthy for food preparation… For all I know they may have spit in it!
I am very disappointed with the experience I had at this location and I will not trust them with any food preparation in the future.

Read moreThat store will never be a successful store till there are honest management in that store. I was a former manager there. All it was about was if you were not in there friend group and they do not like you that group would find a way to fire you. The district manager does drugs and lies to corporate, I use to have evidence of this. The district does not run that store right and has NO clue what hes doing. I worked as a manager for another franchise before and he would not follow procedure and when I give a way we can get better or input he just shuts it down. I left the store because they wanted me gone because I stood my ground. They don't train the new managers how to run a shift and me going to school full time and then got to train them on top of it. I think once Adam Payno is gone from that store, that store will run great. He doesn't even follow his own write procedure. He would shred other managers writes up and then leave the ones in to the people he dislike. I got suspended because I was being disrespectful but the gm or the regional manager does not know how for me to improve. I didn't even know I was being disrespectful till I got suspended. Never gotten written up for my attitude or nothing. I found those notes laying on the desk and there nothing really saying I was being disrespected. Read moreGoing thru the drive thru is a gamble unless you stay there and wait for your food and then check each item before leaving. We always do that especially at this Burger King but we were rushed into the small waiting box which is only good for small cars not trucks or vans. When I got home with the food I ordered one sandwich was missing from the order the two western burgers were put together poorly one had no sauce and both had the soggiest and I mean soggy even the one with out the sauce. Just how long did they sit out, they should be cooked fresh every time. The only sandwich that was good was the fish but 30 minutes later had a gut ache from hell and had to lay down. He ate nothing else with the fish so it makes me wonder was that sitting out to long as well. This Burger King should have a surprise health inspection and my money is on them finding to many health code violations and shut down for a day or two. We called and complained and was offered a free meal we just ordered or our money back, when I go there tomorrow I will be getting my money back and never go to burger king again no matter how far you drop your prices.
