I ordered through the app at 9:20. I got to the store and waited until 9:45. Because they seemed busy, I waited patiently. As I am waiting there, they start to slow down, and the servers start disappearing to the back. I asked if my order went through. They said, "Yes, it did. Sorry, I should have asked when I saw you sitting there." Yes, they should have. SMH Got my drink, walked out to the car, and took a drink. They had made my drink without the flavor, so I had to go back in. They made it again with flavor but forgot the cream. The coffee was a "Vanilla CREAM Nitro." Best Starbucks in Ellensburg. Everyone who works here always has a smile on their face & they are so friendly & sweet. Last week my daughter was in the hospital & I told the barista & she made her drink & said that it was on her. They make the drinks perfectly. My friend Sheila & I love this Starbucks & the employees. Always friendly. My husband and I came here early, 5:30am, before boarding the airport shuttle. We were greeted warmly by the two baristas (I wish I knew their names🤦🏼‍♀️). It was a lady with curly hair and a guy with black hair. They were patient and helpful, and very kind. All at 5:30am! It was a really nice way to wake up and start the day. I got a spinach feta wrap, and my husband got a pesto ciabatta panini. We shared an iced lavender matcha. The food was great quality, hot & crispy, for how fast and convenient it was.
