BEST STREET TACOS IN ELLENSBURG!! ok, they're similar to the tacos served at the other various mexican food trucks in town. BUT BETTER!! Bigger than the others, number one. The tortillas used here are 5 inches in diameter, not just 3 inches like all the rest. And number two... They are filled with ingredients!! LOTS of fresh moist meat, right out of the stew pot and right to the griddle. Lots of everything you'd expect, including cheese and a drizzle of a warm red or green sauce from a large hot vat, which the other trucks dont do. The loaded tortillas are toasted on the griddle until they just start to char and are then quickly removed just before they get too well done. They are not just lightly toasted, they are grilled!! This gives them a crispness and a crunch that is so good!! Im a big guy, 6 feet 2 and 280 pounds and three of them stuffed me. SO satisfying and absolutely delicious!! Only drawback is its located in a run down parking lot of another establishment which makes parking difficult at times and doesnt do much for its curb appeal. But thats it....

But if you only like Taco Bell, you really shouldn’t bother. I like Taco Bell occasionally myself, but the food doesn’t even...

The horchata was FULL of cinnamon and did not taste like horchata at all. It tasted like rotten milk. I had to eat the tamale with a spoon because it instantly crumbled when I tried eating it with a fork. The elote was mixed with new elote and old elote and filled with...
