I’ve been buying vapes, juice, and coils from this place for over 2 years since moving to the county. My last vape finally gave out so I went in to grab a new one from here, a Smok RPM 4. Within 3 days of purchase the device started malfunctioning…would shut off on its own at random, wouldn’t charge, etc etc…just a total dud of a device. So I went in to get it replaced and the clerk said he had to call his boss, the owner, so I’m standing there talking to the owner over the phone and he’s like “I’ve got to be there to look at it but come in on the weekend and we’ll get it taken care of bro”. A little annoying, since I live in Cle Elum but whatever, he said he’d get it taken care of…fast forward to the weekend…I come back I talk with the owner again, explain to him again that the device is defective and he peddles around for a bit till he finally gets to the point about how he’s not going to do anything to make it right, while making belittling comments along the way. So I packed up the dud device, politely let him know he’d lost my business, and left. They are selling the RPM 4 for $60, which is quite the markup from what you can get it anywhere else ($40-45) and significantly more than wholesale which I would guesstimate at around $25-30, if even. Worst case, this dude could’ve kept a long time customer and been out the $25; though, most vendors have contracts with distributors for returning defective devices, so I’m not sure if this guy is selling fakes or what. Either way doesn’t seem like savvy business practice to treat longtime customers so poorly. You get to keep your $25 and this bad review and I’ll take my dollars...

Usually I like what this place has to offer and have been a customer of theirs for 3 years, however I recently had a bad experience with them that might change my mind about going there in the future. I was wanting a No-Nicotine vape as I’m trying to cut my nic usage, the cashier picked out a TrulyBar (Elf Bar knockoff) and insisted that there was no nicotine in it. I took a few puffs and felt the buzz associated with nicotine. I looked it up and sure enough, TrulyBar does not make Nic-Free vapes and the cashier misled me into buying it. Even the ingredients section says “contains USP Nicotine Salts.” I know I should have had more discernment going in but this should not be a normal practice at a...

So, I usually come in just to buy incense here. If I have glass needs though I'll be coming here for sure. They do have a great selection.

I accidentally left a pouch with almost $100 there with no id or anything, & it took me 3 days of searching to realize it wasn't in my house & that I had left it here. I am so grateful 🙏 for the girl working that day to have set it aside carefully & for the owner (I think he is the owner) for screening my request to be sure I was the owner of the pouch & getting it back to me. These are good people!...
