UPD - they don’t care about your order - I got the SAME dish again and the pasta smelled bad & looked dry, and was sour again. It was 100% kept outside the fridge/not in appropriate temperature FOR HOURS TO GET THAT SOUR. They said they refunded the $ to my gift card but as of almost 2 weeks later the money NEVER reached the gift card. Initial post: So I placed an order to go shortly before 9:30 pm. Fettuccini Alfredo with grilled salmon. Once the order was ready, they handed me this container pictured with this much pasta for $23. I mean we all have been to other Italian pasta places and other carrabbas right? It was less pasta than in a medium Mac n cheese at Wawa for $3, needless to say it didn’t look fresh like it was made to order. Manager later returned with 2 more small side containers and that pasta was FRESH. At last, once I started eating, the pasta that was ORIGINALLY in the to go container turned out to be SOUR and SPOILED. I’m not making this up, the two sides even look different in the photo I attached. The other two small containers with freshly made pasta were good. I just can’t wrap my head around why did somebody decide to throw in this spoiled thing into my order at the end of the day?? I had been to other Carrabba locations and this is the first time I had a truly unpleasant experience.

The whole staff at Carrabba’s in Ellicott City was fantastic. From the moment we were seated, the General Manager, Shannon, came over and greeted us and welcomed us as if we were eating in his own home. After his welcoming, Sierra, came over and took our order and was thorough with her knowledge of the menu. My wife was interested in a glass of Pinot Noir, but, she highly recommended a bottle of Conundrum. She was spot on with her recommendation! The Conundrum was so delicious, we ordered a second bottle! My wife is deathly allergic to Gluten & Shellfish. We were hesitant about her eating out and had made up our minds that she’d just have the wine and the rest of the family eat. Shannon came over and asked how our apps were and inquired what my wife ordered for her main meal. After telling him of our situation, he assured us that our allergies would be no problem and that he would personally make sure everything would be sanitary & okay to eat. She ordered the Chicken Bryan and she was in ecstasy being able to eat out. She LOVED her meal. I ordered the Lamb Chops and they were a godsend! Unbelievably amazing! EVERYTHING at the Carrabba’s in Ellicott City, MD was top notch! Will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for stellar service and scrumptious food.

~6 visits so far since 2022, just walked out with no service. Seated in bar section, bartender looked right at us then walked the other way to shoot the breeze with other non busy staff. Apparently we had a waitress who was too busy to get to us after 5m, but not cool that bartender ignored us. Most food quality has been pretty good, but a few misses. Also, expected salty. Food is tasty and you can tell most things are homemade. Including the bowl of chicken noodle soup. App. Trio Sampler (pic) which everything came out hot and tasty. Vegetarian wife had the eggplant parmesan and said it's one of the best she's had. Her angel hair pasta and sauce were cooked perfectly. Next visit I discovered the Trio Chicken entree where you can have your choice of the different chicken entrees. I chose masala, chicken ravioli, and picante (pic), fantastic. But the price has gone waaaaay up. Now $28. Had a steak (pic) as part of a trio entree thing and it was terribly tough even tho it wasn't overcooked. Bad meat = bad dining.

This location has always been the ONLY location I go to because of their customer service and they always have gotten my orders correct. However, the past two encounters ( which includes today) hasn't been the best. Last Thursday, October 22, 2020, I placed an order online. Luckily, I checked my items before leaving because I saw that an item that's included in the entree wasn't included in my order. The Waiter was attentive, apologetic, and immediately compensated me with a $20 coupon. Today, October 31, 2020, I placed an order and instructed certain items not to be included in both entrees because of an allergy. However, when I received the order the two items were included in both entrees. I notified the waiter and he took the order to corrected it. We had to wait for the orders to be remade. While waiting, we made sure to give the Waiter an $8 and some change tip. The waiter came back with the correct orders but didn't offer anything to compensate for the inconvenience because the instructions were notated on the order; they didn't take the time to read them. I had to ask for anything. I informed him I went through this issue last week and was given a $20 coupon (which I used for today's order)for the inconvenience. The waiter came out and said the Manager said no to the coupon and offered a dessert. However, I preferred the coupon. The waiter came back with a $10 coupon. I mentioned to him that wouldn't sufficient because we waited, still provided a tip and a $10 coupon was the only thing that could be provided. I requested the $20 coupon which is I was given the week before for the same matter. The waiter wasn't sure that the manager would be willing to give a $20 coupon because he stated the manager didn't want to give a coupon, to begin with; which is why he offered a dessert. I informed the waiter I wanted to speak with the manager. The waiter came back out with the $20 coupon. The point of this review is when the order is inaccurate on the company's behalf there shouldn't be a hassle for the customer to receive something complimentary for the inconvenience. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Carrabba's Italian Grill, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere that Carrabba's is known for. However, what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by our hostesses, Lety and Desiree.

Lety and Desiree went above and beyond to make our company gathering truly special. Their genuine smiles and friendly demeanor immediately made us feel welcome. They took the time to ensure that our large group was comfortably seated and accommodated all our requests with grace and efficiency.

Throughout the evening, Lety and Desiree demonstrated impeccable attention to detail. Taking care of a young one can be challenging, especially when they're hangry and tired after a long day at the park (4+ hours). If y'all got more than 1 and you the only parent, then I got nothing but respect for you.

We went to Carabbas during the dinner rush on a Saturday and it was packed. We got seated and I took a quick look around and thought to myself, "no one will help us". It was nuts.

My baby daughter who is currently almost 4 years old, was hungry and she couldn't sit still, kept on standing on the booth seats, whining, going under the table, trying to run who knows where, it was chaotic.

We were blessed to have the manager Therese there to see us and she made sure we were taken care of. I'm assuming Chuck is the assistant manager, but he came by and informed us that Blake, our original waiter was overwhelmed with tables so it'll take a little bit before he reaches our table. I looked and Chuck was right. Blake had like 12 tables ahead of me. However, Chuck came to the rescue and was not only able to check the ingredients for the kids Mac n cheese, ravioli and meatballs for any allergies and found out the Mac n cheese didn't have any egg allergies (daughter is allergic to egg).

After I ordered the Mac n cheese and a 10oz sirloin for myself, Blake came by, apologized and took care of me for the rest of my time there. It was almost surreal, to see the team work and organization of Therese, Chuck and Blake. It was like, they were in harmony, it all worked out perfectly. My kid and I was satisfied with our meals, but it was the overall service that really surprised me.

As busy as they were, they still made sure we were taken care of.

Food was solid for a chain restaurant, but the service deserves recognition.
