This location has always been the ONLY location I go to because of their customer service and they always have gotten my orders correct. However, the past two encounters ( which includes today) hasn't been the best. Last Thursday, October 22, 2020, I placed an order online. Luckily, I checked my items before leaving because I saw that an item that's included in the entree wasn't included in my order. The Waiter was attentive, apologetic, and immediately compensated me with a $20 coupon. Today, October 31, 2020, I placed an order and instructed certain items not to be included in both entrees because of an allergy. However, when I received the order the two items were included in both entrees. I notified the waiter and he took the order to corrected it. We had to wait for the orders to be remade. While waiting, we made sure to give the Waiter an $8 and some change tip. The waiter came back with the correct orders but didn't offer anything to compensate for the inconvenience because the instructions were notated on the order; they didn't take the time to read them. I had to ask for anything. I informed him I went through this issue last week and was given a $20 coupon (which I used for today's order)for the inconvenience. The waiter came out and said the Manager said no to the coupon and offered a dessert. However, I preferred the coupon. The waiter came back with a $10 coupon. I mentioned to him that wouldn't sufficient because we waited, still provided a tip and a $10 coupon was the only thing that could be provided. I requested the $20 coupon which is I was given the week before for the same matter. The waiter wasn't sure that the manager would be willing to give a $20 coupon because he stated the manager didn't want to give a coupon, to begin with; which is why he offered a dessert. I informed the waiter I wanted to speak with the manager. The waiter came back out with the $20 coupon. Read moreTaking care of a young one can be challenging, especially when they're hangry and tired after a long day at the park (4+ hours). If y'all got more than 1 and you the only parent, then I got nothing but respect for you.
We went to Carabbas during the dinner rush on a Saturday and it was packed. We got seated and I took a quick look around and thought to myself, "no one will help us". It was nuts.
My baby daughter who is currently almost 4 years old, was hungry and she couldn't sit still, kept on standing on the booth seats, whining, going under the table, trying to run who knows where, it was chaotic.
We were blessed to have the manager Therese there to see us and she made sure we were taken care of. I'm assuming Chuck is the assistant manager, but he came by and informed us that Blake, our original waiter was overwhelmed with tables so it'll take a little bit before he reaches our table. I looked and Chuck was right. Blake had like 12 tables ahead of me. However, Chuck came to the rescue and was not only able to check the ingredients for the kids Mac n cheese, ravioli and meatballs for any allergies and found out the Mac n cheese didn't have any egg allergies (daughter is allergic to egg).
After I ordered the Mac n cheese and a 10oz sirloin for myself, Blake came by, apologized and took care of me for the rest of my time there. It was almost surreal, to see the team work and organization of Therese, Chuck and Blake. It was like, they were in harmony, it all worked out perfectly. My kid and I was satisfied with our meals, but it was the overall service that really surprised me.
As busy as they were, they still made sure we were taken care of.
Food was solid for a chain restaurant, but the service deserves recognition.
