Maybe an off night for our first time but we went at 5p yesterday and drove from Frederick. 1st tasted like burnt espresso and 2nd curdled in 6 min??!!

Wide selection and friendly staff.... but, just bad. They didnt have honeydo flavor (never seen a place with out it) but whatever. We ordered a wintermelon milk tea with boba and lychee chunks. First one tasted EXACTLY like burnt espresso coffee. I dont know if the boba was burnt or what. We asked for a remake. Got the same thing but they didnt have boba in it despite paying for it... odd but whatever. This one tasted a bit better but was more tart and chemically??

After 6 minutes it had CURDLED the top 2"?? As in straight up liquidy ricotta cheese. I pulled the straw out n showed the cashier who said "thats odd it def shouldnt be like that what the heck". We ordered 6 drinks from KF app, on 4/7, after 2 hours still no drinks so we called like 20 times until someone finally picked up the phone and told us they couldn’t find a driver so suggested us to cancel the order. But there is no option to cancel so they said they will refund the amount $51.90 but they never did, we called again to remind them to refund and 10 days later, nothing! I end up have to dispute through my banking and my bank told me they never did anything. What a scammer place and will never order...

The food was made fresh I saw the guy bartering and frying it and then running to make our tasty drinks . Love that you can upgrade a combo to get a slush . The chicken was seasoned and delicious . The Fries were good but nothing to rave about . The staff member who helped me did everything from taking my order to making the food and drinks and did all with a smile on his face and so friendly and nice .
