I used to absolutely love coming here. Because it was convenient, moderately priced, and the staff is very friendly and efficient. Lately, however, it's become more of a nuisance to stop into this ellsworth location because of the fact that the homeless constantly hang out here and harass the customers for rides, cigarettes and money. Freshees has signs of no loitering but yet they have a counter set up with chairs, so it's inviting for them to just hang out all day. They are constantly in the way when you're trying to shop, you constantly go into the bathrooms, and they're bathing in the sinks, making the sink so disgusting, there's literally a black ring around the sink that the employees haven't cleaned in weeks, I know it's been weeks because I was the one who complained about the homeless person bathing in the sink as I walked into the bathroom to use it that they had to drive out weeks ago. I have come back everyday since and they have yet to clean that sink. How absolutely disgusting. You feel unsafe and harassed, just trying to make a pit stop for gas. Let alone the fear of walking into the bathroom and seeing a homeless person, naked and bathing in the sink. A sink yI give ou're trying to clean your hands in. If you are actually serious about not wanting the homeless to conjugate and hang out there all day, you would do something about it.Not simply put up a sign that nobody is going to listen to, and the employees do not enforce. On top of all that the water is so hot in the bathrooms that it's burned me twice I told the employees nobody cared, they literally laughed when I showed them the burns on my hand. This place is a joke but it's better than Irving at least, but I would shop elsewhere as I do...
Read moreThe other day I wanted to get some gas and I went to the pump. Pick up the handling some reason was already telling me to fuel up so I figured maybe it was broken and others feel up and pay inside with my credit card I start feeling up and realize it was sent for the highest grade gas there was. After I was done fueling up and getting all mad because I just had to pay $1 Gallon of gas because it forced me to pump the super octane gas. Walking to the gas station I said you know I want to pay for the gas on number five. They said I only had I to pay with cash not a credit card. Credit card machine was not down but they forced me to pay with cash instead. I ask for a supervisor or manager and they said there was nobody there that was in a leadership role. How odd seen is 2 oâclock on a Friday afternoon. I had to go to ATM inside the store and pay extra three dollars to get cash out so I could pay for my gas. As other customers were paying with a credit card for the gas. Then I ask for a receipt so I could get a phone number so I could call manager and I was denied a receipt. All purchases need to have a receipt if the customer options to have a receipt I was denied. I walked across the parking lot to the office and asked to see a manager and they told me to go back to the store and see the manager. How odd thereâs no manager on site above the store in the office. I still have not received a phone call from any manager or anybody officially from Rh Foster but will be telling you something I wonât be going to either gas stations...

(I believe his name is Russ, the other one I think is Josh. A younger kid) The coffee bar was in dire need of attention, and they were doing nothing. And to be honest, the store is rarely s clean as some of the reviews claim.
Just as it starts getting busy, Russ heads to the coffee bar, leaving a line to expand at one point to 8.
Josh becomes frustrated, and yells loudly and rudely, "I can use some help over here!!" Russ simply blows him off, criticizing his ability to manage customers while better than a dozen customers are witness.
Bonnie in the Deli said politely to Russ, "go help him, he needs help. " Russ did nothing. Bonnie moved to the register to assist serving the customers.
I have 30 years or more in customer facing and supervisory roles. The management of this store should be ashamed for some of what goes on here. Today isn't the first thing I have observed, just one of the worst.
"If you're looking for failure in any system, look to the leaders....
