I have been going to the Ellsworth outlet for years, and it always used to be open until 7PM. Tonight I stopped there after work and was chased down by a salesperson because they were closing in 5 minutes. Then I got the nasty stares from all of the other people working there. I was told that the extended hours don’t start for another month. I see. So LL bean only wants the tourist dollar now and to hell with the working people of Ellsworth. Message received. Wow ! The prices are not marked down on returns! It's all retail prices unless they have a sale for example, a return item will be marked down from the retail price which it should be in the first place.
