Mediocre food, wonderful staff, chain restaurant atmosphere. Burgers are only mediocre, too much tasteless dry meat. This burger was not a good balance of fresh bun, crunchy lettuce, juicy tomato, ketchup and mayo, and good quality juicy meat I want to taste in a burger. Fries are bland, not crunchy, Shake was overly sweet and didn't taste like real ice cream, sort of a bland fake shake taste. Absolutely disgusting!! Our 3 meals obviously were sitting out for a very long time! Chicken strips were like cardboard and fries were under cooked and ice cold!! I tracked my dasher and they literally picked up our order in 8 minutes and were on their way to our residence. It takes at Least 8 minutes to fry chicken!!! Tired of the the Watertown SD location always closing hr early or being closed during prime summer hours. This weekend they closed at 5 pm due to staff shortage. The location on Kemp served this community so well for many years. Since it moved to Hwy 212 the quality of food and service to our community has went down hill.
