Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sheridan Township

Won't order again. We ordered the $5 dollar deal,pizza, 2 orders of bread sticks, pasta, and 2 orders of wings online for delivery. The wings didn't show up and we didn't notice until after delivery person left. Called the store and they said they would have them right over. Ok, we were thinking, did they forget them on the counter or what, I said ok. they called 5 mins later to say they didn't have any more wings (they were bone-out by the way) and they offered us bone-in to replace them. Well why the heck didin't somebody call to inform us of this problem before they delivered or right before they even started to make the order? Why charge us for the complete order and don't deliver the wings and not say anything? Well next time were are in the mood for pizza I think we will be calling Godfathers or just go over to Little Caesars. Both better...

After paying 31 dollars for a full meal online, I went to pick it up and had it all cold. Not just the pizza, everything was cold, and like it had been left out in the open for over an hour, before being put in a warmer to keep it 'hot'. Not to mention a messed up order before, I thought maybe it was a few bad days, but now I'm just done ordering food from this particular store.
