Zesto Drive-In — Restaurant in Elmira Township

I’d really like to leave 5 stars but there are some small issues. I am all about supporting business's. The food we had was good, not amazing but just good. I’d appreciate if food was given with bare minimum condiments, silverware and napkins. I wouldn’t complain however for the price I paid I think it’s expected, if it were cheaper it would be understandable. As for the ice cream, it was ok. The biggest mistake was serving the ice cream before the food on a hot summer day. I know there’s just kids running the establishment, however with some organization it could be a lot more efficient. I would’ve liked my ice-cream better if it were still ice cream and not soup by the time I got home. All in all this is a great establishment, however due to the amount of people going there they take short cuts in service and food. A little bit of planning and organization would go a long way. I hope they can adapt better to the volume of customers. I hope the best...

I’m very disappointed in zesty tonight, I called ahead of time to place my order for pick up and they told me 10 minutes. Then we arrive there and there was a huge line all the way to the street, I wasn’t sure where I go to get my food I ordered a head of time so I called while in the parking lot and they told me to go get in line and somebody would come out and bring my my food in line. We waited for 20 minutes in line just for someone to come to us and tell them I placed an order and when I got my food it was cold from waiting in line with people who hadn’t ordered yet?! That doesn’t even make sense on why to order ahead of time. They said if I wanted fresh I would have to wait another 15 or more minutes to get new food! They still charged me for my cold food. Not okay at all and will not be going there again...

I was in SD for an extended weekend and I had heard all about Zesto, so I knew I had to go before I left town. We pulled in and I was immediately blown away by the sheer number of flavors that they had. I ended up just getting an orange Julius shake, but it was delicious. My friends also really enjoyed their picks and I definitely plan on returning when I’m back in the area. Edit: I have since returned many times and it never disappoints! I have attached some updated menus too since we always seem to struggle...
