We have had Midco for years and have always been happy with them, until recently. We had problems with our internet in April and instead of fixing it, they connected us to our neighbors house with a cord and haven't been back since. We have had multiple emails saying a contractor has been assigned to bury the line but they never show up. When I call Midco I get contradictory information and no answers.
