My family and I came there we ordered our food and when I got our order. I noticed I was missing the main thing on my chalupa which was the taco meat. I go up to counter. I ask very nicely if they can add taco meat to my chalupa. Thus blond heavy set women with green eyes says we'll that's what you ordered I told her no I didn't I substituted the chicken for taco meat. She then proceeds to try and charge me for another chalupa. And I told her can't you just put taco meat on here. It won't be any extra charge? She says that's not how it's in our computer and raises her voice at me! By then I was done trying to be nice and told her to refund me my money. So she does she gives me back $5.35 so I turn around and go to kiosk and order the same damn thing and what do you know it was $4.99 plus tax! And it came out $5.35 with tax! The lady had a hard time and couldnt except the fact she was wrong. So I had to out smart her dumb ass! And got a whole new one made and all I was asking was for her to put taco meat on a beef chalupa I had ordered 😑 I will never come back here again the rudest taco bell I have ever been to! This place need to work on customer service skills really bad. I have never been anywhere where employees yell at customers....
Read moreThe person in the Drive-Thru window addressed me as though they were disaffected by their job and not able to relate to the customer very well. I ordered basic items such as chicken quesadilla without cheese in order to supply my two onboard passengers which were my dogs and a little bit of a snack in order for them to have something to eat and this person took exception said we can't serve you like that. And then he made a slanted little snippy comment about oh I thought you drove off nobody came up after the car in front of you pulled up and oh you have a large truck that's why. I sat there and I felt like I was about ready to unload all my angst and anger at him but felt it was totally lost on the situation because he wouldn't have known how to address his own shortcomings before actually filling my order. I would have to definitely not use this particular address that I went to. Read moreI never have a problem at this one, but last night was horrible. There was originally 3 employees, then 2 more came into help. They still made me wait. 2 to 3 minutes before comimg to the front and asking how they coild help or what i wanted. The guy was very quiet could barely here him, thats not the problem though. He was very obviously higher than a kite. He asked for my name, which taking an order inside os to be expected. I waited for an additional 6 minutes for food and wasnt told about it or had my name called out, so wothout me knowing, the food sat out and got cold. Ive worked fast food I understand how rushes work, but besides myself and a friend there was one other small 2 person party in there.
The reason I know time was poorly managed is because my friend wanted to order after me, but instead of helping her imediatly after me, he left the register and stood there doing nothing except casually talking with his coworkers.
