Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Elmira Township

I wish I could give this place no stars because I would! They messed up my order so I brought it in to them to show them what they messed up. The managers wanted to argue with me and told me I was delusional because he was a "professional cook" and I clearly didn't know the difference between a bell pepper and spinich. Three of the four things I ordered was messed up. I spent $70 dollars with these guys while my visit here in this town. The refused to remake the food because I got upset for him called me crazy. They also refused to give me a refund. So I lost $70 dollars here and the manager that were working were very rude. Also just a fun fact for anyone who made it this far in my post they don't wear gloves while working and I saw an older man grab food from under the grates on the pizza making bar and throw it back into the ingredients. We called in a delivery order at 5:50pm through marcos pizza. Were told our pizza will be delivered in 30-45 minutes. At 6:30 we got a text notification from door dash stating our pizza will be delivered at 7:10. Called marcos asking why our pizza was not already delivered and why it was being delivered by door dash. Was told they went through door dash since they did not have enough drivers. We then asked to cancel our order since it was not going to arrive in a timely manner. They said we cannot cancel our order or be given a refund due to ordering through doordash (WHICH WE DID NOT). They said they had no control over when our pizza was getting delivered since they are not delivering it. Which we were not told when we initially called. Lady whom works at this establishment has admitted to flour bugs as there is holes in the building leading to not only flour bugs but multiple different species. it was also said that about all employees know about this and don't care to fix the bug ingested pizza problem.
