I don't always understand why people write these reviews that Chinese Take Out places are not nice or rude. You don't go to Chinese Take out to make friends, they cook the food and you eat it...its pretty simple, if it you don't like the food, don't go back. Ive ordered from this place 3 times and so far I'm pleased. The food taste fresh, not too greasy and very flavorful. I'm sure if I asked for something I wasn't entitled to or made a big deal about something I would have a situation on my hands where someone is yelling at me in a language I don't understand. Maybe an order gets mixed up and that can happen anywhere. I'm not giving 5 stars only because its not anything more than I expect from good Chinese food...but it certainly is a good option for lunch on any given...

Worst customer service. They couldn’t find my address after delivering here many times. She cancelled my order after waiting 45 mins when the delivery guy just pulled up parked to my house. They can’t understand English very well and it’s my fault that she could not understand my address after I repeated it four times. I will never order from here again and it’s a shame. I have been coming to that Chinese restaurant for almost 20 years. She tried to tell me that they haven’t been there for 20 years. They have gone through different owners. We usually drive from Clifton to pick up food here; they’re food is basic Chinese food. Today we asked for delivery and they said no. They are strict and only deliver to Elmwood Park, Garfield, and Saddle Brook.

They should go by “mileage” and not towns because our house is 6 minutes away from their restaurant. Parts of Elmwood Park, Saddle Brook, and Garfield could take 15 minutes. So they lost a 5 minute delivery to Clifton of Fairlawn customer because they only do 3 towns. But the address into Google Maps and then make your decision. Doesn’t make much sense.
