Subway — Restaurant in Elmwood Park

I usually have great customer service in this subway except for today , Spoke to an employee prior to leaving a go fund jar for the school’s high school graduation project about a month ago , the employee said he would speak to the owner but thought there should be no problem and if there was they would call for me to pick up the jar, I left my number on the jar. I came back today to check on the jar and to buy a sandwich and the employee working today said very rudely how I can not just assume I could leave jars anywhere , I did try to explain to him how I spoke to an employee prior to leaving it and he again rudely said well you can not assume and cut me off , I did end up just buying the sandwich because the other employee was being very nice to me but will not be coming back to this...

My Wife and I are Senior Citizens. We went to Subway in Elmwood Park, NJ on 6/17/23 and had a Subway coupon for 3 foot longs for 17.99 which we showed to the Server. We placed our order and he charged us 36.75. When we questioned the amount he said that they do not accept coupons. We asked for the Manager who wasn't there, then asked for a refund and was told that only the Manager can issue refunds. I asked for a Senior discount and was told that they do not do that either. When I went home I emailed Subway headquarters 3 times and never got a response. I tried calling to speak to someone and the message said they do not accept phone calls but only emails. Since the old owner passed away, this place has gone downhill. In the last few months, they have not gotten a single order right, there's always a new staff member who seems to know less than the last. At first I thought the language barrier of some of the employees might have been an issue so I ordered online so they could read it AND STILL WRONG. After tonight, I corrected the guy making my sandwich and he talked back saying I was wrong, until I pulled up the sandwich on GrubHub and he STILL wouldn't make it correctly (Cold Cut Combo, has bologna, ham and pepperoni, he tried just putting bologna and charging me the same price, saying that's just what it's called.)
