China Wok — Restaurant in Elyria

Just ordered delivery, and the bourbon chicken is simply atrocious. Sitting here feeling quite ill. The photo showed it with lots of vegetables but it had almost all chicken (at least I think it was chicken as it is almost unidentifiable) with about 4 small pieces of broccoli. But the sauce tasted like pure grease, it is simply atrocious. Even my pores reek like grease now if you can believe that, just from eating a few bites. I also got chicken noodle soup which looked delicious, but it was even worse, it tastes like bath water (or at least what I imagine what bath water would taste like). I must say that the egg roll was delicious. I also ordered both vegetable fried rice and pepper & onion beef to eat over the next few days as leftovers, so I’m hoping that at least I didn’t waste money on those. But even if they’re delicious, my experience with both the bourbon chicken and the soup are so horrible that it wouldn’t change my low rating. This place is terrible I know I ordered delivery from them before so I went to make an order today earlier and it didn't give me the option I could figure out how to make it delivery because I'm sick right now and I didn't feel like going to go get the food like call them with a simple request I just want to switch it over and change it to delivery and they told me they don't do delivery anymore so I stated that I wanted to cancel the order because I don't feel like going to get it okay simple request I checked my checking account a few minutes later and it's still not on there I called them several times with them hanging up on me being rude with me and everything else and I still have no refund on there it was taken out the money was taken out but the money was not given back so unless you want to get ripped off don't order from this place cuz there's cameras and they will keep your money and not give you a refund if you...

I’ve always ordered from this place and today they we’re having issues with their credit card machine, because of this they disregarded all concerns we had about the fact our money had been taken but they couldn’t show the proof on their end. After saying we could show the delivery man our proof when he arrived with our food they STILL didn’t even make our order. 45 mins after it was placed I called again and they had zero concern about OUR MONEY they had already taken smh. Their only concern was us paying them. (We already had) then they tried charging our account again!! No real customer service at all after all the business we’ve done with them!
