I love that it's close to home, but almost every other time I go my order is messed up some how . Either they forget to give me something or give me a wrong item. Most of the time they don't give me the item at all as I have a big family(6) and then I have to stand back in the long line and by time I get back to my family it's Time go.. so it's hit or miss with this place. They are always kind to me though... The ice cream is good and it's close so we keep coming back. They also had a photo of mint chocolate chip on a waffle cone then said they don't do cones with that ice cream so my daughter was upset. Completely obsessed! Have been for years. I always want to try something new, but the raspberry rapture or their dole whip are my go-to's. Yes, you read that right...they have dole whip people! They usually feature a different flavor every week, but the traditional pineapple is the best imo. My kids love it to. Everyone I've encountered there is friendly, and we visit often during the season. Such a rare find these days, especially when most of the staff is in their teens. Best ice cream...

Update. Owner contacted me and was genuinely interested in making things better. Good on them.

It's what you expect from an ice cream shop staffed by children. The formula is simple. You give them money, They hand you ice cream. 9 out of 10 times it works fine. On that 10th time when everything goes wrong, and the downside of not having any adults present becomes evident. 4 out of 5 stars because at least they pretended like they cared and we did get ice cream, just not quite...
