My family and I really like the food and service inside the restaurant, my issue is due to a carry out order. I checked the menu prices on the order tab on the website but rather than order and pay online I choose to call over the phone because I had a question about what I was ordering. When I got in they charged me more than the website showed on my items, it wasn’t a lot but it was .50 on 1 item and $1.95 on the other item. I still would have ordered it if the website was correct it just felt bad like I wasn’t being treated right, the person who rang me in got a manager who was extremely nice big smile but he simply told me the prices were wrong and showed me the in restaurant menu which had the prices they charged me for. I asked him if he could see how that was pretty confusing and he said yes and said they’ve asked for those prices to be changed. The 1 star review comes from me giving them 3 chances to adjust the pricing as that seems like the obvious right thing to do was. The whole situation just leaves a really bad taste in my mouth, but not from the food - that has always been good.

The picture explains it $83 for something that looks like I made it in my kitchen presentation sucks the chimichangas are the size of little bean burritos out of a grocery store if I don’t know what they think Mexican food is But this ain’t it I grew up in the southwest Phoenix Arizona to be exact and the taco trucks wouldn’t even dare put out portions this size they wouldn’t stay in business spoke with the manager on duty wanted to say that the portion sizes are more than adequate had nothing else to say except I’ll refund your money basically he’s gotten away with these portion sizes here in the US in the mid Midwest states and the great lakes states because most of the people that live in the Great Lakes states never venture down to Arizona where this would not be tolerated at the worst and I mean worst taco truck these portions wouldn’t be tolerated not a hit the prices he’s asking these plates cost $12 apiece that is a joke I won’t feed this to my dog it’s all going in the trash stay away from El patron

I believe if you follow your heart that road will lead you to tacos which led me to here. I sat down at the bar and it was a lovely atmosphere. They were very quick with the service a nice kind gesture of bringing out salsa and chips of course. Oddly enough I recognized it was my old neighbor. And heard how he cooked things and I got to experience it and let me tell you he's right . The food is wonderful the service was on point. Family operated and owned is just the best way to do things and he's nailing it. I always wanted to own a restaurant like this to be honest the way he's doing things is the way I can envision myself doing something like this. So if you're in the mood for great tacos or fajitas this is the place you would want to stop in and grab some good grub. Wonderful flavor great atmosphere tacos what more do I need to say for you to stop in and try something authentic flavor and a good time?

Went to pick up a delivery order. Spent 70 minutes on this order. Delivery placed my the customer at 5:16. Was to be at the customers door at 5:55. I received the order at 5:24. Waited and waited for the order letting them knowing on 4 different accassion O was there for so and so's order. Watching driver after driver picking up orders and customer after customer picking up orders I started getting very busy as angry. Instead of the hostess or the manager communicating to me the problem they left me hanging. Finally I told the manager I was very very angry. He than after finding my order on the tablet took my order to the kitchen. I finally told him when giving me my order that I would not be so angry only if he would have told me what was going on. He actually never explained to me what happen or even apologized. The hostess did tell me what she thought happened. THEY LOST MY ORDER From the tablet to the kitchen. What they do is write the order down on a order ticket than take it to the kitchen. By the time I got to the customer's house it was 6:24. The customer got hot food. The restaurant got the money for the order. All I got was a low earning for a hrs worth of headache. I order to make money we have to take 3 orders a hour. I lost 💰 on this because of the failure of the manager to communicate what...

The food was good, hot when it arrived, made within specifications (per my dietary restrictions), servers were easy to understand, the prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was pleasant. This place is located in a little plaza, right hand side, near the BMV on the way into Wal-Mart's parking area.

AMENDED REVIEW: 10-2-2020 We stopped in for a quick meal and were disappointed in the current setup. There was no social distancing. Every single table was in use. While the "walls" between tables in the center were high enough to create a safe barrier, the outer walls were insufficient and the distance between rows were a questionable 6 feet. The backs on the seats of the outer rows were not square and high like the center rows thus no real barrier between tables. I also observed the waiter staff cleaning tables and I observed no sanitizing. A "rag" was used to clear the crumbs and any noticeable debris swept from the seats but the edges of the table were not cleaned nor were the seats sprayed with sanitizer. I suggest avoiding this establishment during this pandemic as I feel it is a breeding ground for the virus or at least do takeout. I also observed one couple, who were seated after us, leaving since they waited a long time and no one showed up to take their drink orders or...

So me and my husband went for Cinco de Mayo and noticed that they were under new ownership? Not sure when this happened but we love coming here and this time around we weren't so impressed. They had no system for pick up orders. No system for seating people and add people paying their bill to that mix. The area by the door was full of people. People were getting upset with the wait time to be seated. When we did get sat it took almost 20 mins for our waitress to even walk over to our table. And then proceeded to walk away half way through us ordering our food and went to another table and started taking their order.......I was like is this a joke?? Then took another 10 or so minutes just to flag her down to continue ordering our food. Waited over a half hour for our food. Our waitress never even came to our table to check and make sure everything was ok and correct. Had to flag her down to order more drinks and to get to go boxes that she forgot about. Was there for over 2 hours just to eat.....if this is what the new service is gonna be like not sure if we will keep going. Margaritas were good tho. For $12...
