Taco Bell — Restaurant in Elyria

I walked in because there was a line around the building. For what ever reason they don't take your order anymore you have to do it yourself. I went and used this thing, well I have no idea where any of the special stuff is so I have to ask a employee to find it. Employee finds it and I am like can you just add the other stuff employee said no. So there I am again searching for stuff in this menu cant find it call employee back over 10 seconds and the whole order is placed. Then I paid cash which was a mistake because now I had to call this employee back over to get change. The whole interaction took like 10 minutes. I know this is probably a corporate thing but how stupid can this be. I was in this place for 18 minutes and only got like 6 items and it was over $15 bucks and it was a insane hassle. my fiancé and i have gone to this taco bell almost daily for lunch on our lunch breaks for nearly two years without issues. the last couple months we have gone on a few separate occasions and not received our food in time to eat on our break. today this very situation happened to my fiancé, and he very kindly asked for his money back. the manager, while talking to a fellow employee, was very rude about the whole situation and informed her this would be the “last time.” … maybe if this taco bell could promptly put out food, considering it is FAST food, you wouldn’t have to give so many people their money back. when they do manage to give us our food in a timely manner, at least one item is usually wrong. we will go literally anywhere else...
